They had everything we needed for our huge painting projects. They were also extremely knowledgeable, were willing to give advice, and very friendly. I can t say enough about this store and the people that work here. Best paint store in Lexington!

Excellent experience over the years with both custom paint choices and beautiful shutters. This store makes home improvement easy and fun! It s so easy to get overwhelmed when there are so many options but they are incredible at making the process easy and find solutions to meet your needs. Paul who works with shutters and blinds is AWESOME!!!

Jayme and Jimmy are masterful owners of The Painted Horse, and their work family, with paint expert Will, and the gang, offer tremendous support. Their prices, service and brands are simply the best. They even offer zero VOC paints! I highly recommend them for any big or small project.

I contacted The Painted Horse, needing shades for my windows. Paul came to the house, bringing samples for me to choose from and measured all of my windows. George and Matthew (I hope I got the names right) came out to install the shades and also hang curtain rods. Everyone I met from The Painted Horse was so helpful and pleasant. The guys did a great job with installation and I love the shades. I highly recommend The Painted Horse.
