Myles was so helpful and his shop is a treasure trove of beautiful tiles.

Great selection of very unusual and bespoke tiles. However, working with them has proven much more difficult than needs to be. Several issues: wrong tiles ordered, then had to change my second choice of tiles because after two weeks they realised they weren't in stock - delaying significantly the work that had to be done in the house. Then a refund that was due on returned tiles has not been paid even though I have been chasing for three months! It's a shame the service is so poor otherwise I would have recommended this shop - will definitely be going elsewhere next time.
