We had an onyx shower and sink installed. There was a small thin crack at the top of the sink unit.
Onyx came out and repaired this. They honored their warranty. They were professional, kind, informative and did a very nice/complete repair job.

I am very impressed with their service. That aline, will make me want to purchase more products from them on future update and remodeling plans.

Product scratches easily. Once it is scratched, it is not repairable. On top of that, their customer service & sales department are not helpful at all. I will encourage my customers to choose other products that are of much better quality & better customer service.

I went with Onyx because I was told they could do custom work. I needed a sink that would measure 23 3/4" wide. I got it in 3 times and each time it was 24". Each attempt to put it on the vanity causes severe scratches to the cabinets on both sides of the vanity. I tried sanding the sides down, only to have the sink chip and is now off center. Not much, but I know it. I've decided to junk this POS and go with a local bathroom contractor and have a truly custom sink made. I wish I had done that in the beginning. I wanted to do the work myself, but I won't wait another 2 months to not have this fit again! Hey, Onyx - Get a tape measure!

I have onyx in my showers and install it on a regular basis as a Remodeler. It is a great product, and I think the company has even better customer service.

I cannot give high enough praise for this company. The response time for questions is outstanding and the product is beautiful. I renovated my bathroom from top to bottom myself to save money. I ordered the countertop and when it came it FAR exceeded my expectations I had some questions about installing and they returned with immediate response and help and were so kind and helpful. I dealt with Patrick and he was the epitome of what customer service should be I love my new countertop

I highly recommend this company and their products! We were remodeling a home 1600 miles away from where we were living, and due to strict travel rules in our state during the pandemic, needed to do everything remotely. I wanted everything in our new home to be made in the US, and was not having any success finding vanity tops I liked. I asked my kitchen designer for help, and she suggested Onyx Collection.

I contacted customer service at Onyx to order samples and get some advice on colors, and they were very helpful. The sent samples to my home, and I was able to match my bathroom tile and ordered three vanity tops, which were delivered and installed by our contractor. We finally moved into our new house, and my new vanity tops are perfect great colors, smooth with no flaws, and they look great. I m very happy with every part of my Onyx Collection experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Can't say enough about this company and product. I ordered and new shower to replace a bathtub, needed a custom size, no problem, ran a little short on the custom color silicone, guess what, no problem, sent the tube for free, cant say enough good things about the product or the company. Will post the pics in a couple of weeks.

I am quite disappointed in your lavatory product. I chose them for the color, which I love. But the slightest movement of plastic containers, or even a human leaves scuffs on the surface. The lavatories are standard with Heritage Homes of Nebraska. One had a deep scratch on the surface before I moved into the home. Heritage buffed the surface but the scratch still shows. I am covering some of the surfaces with padded glass or marble to eliminate scuffing. These are bathroom surfaces and should be able to withstand normal bathroom use: cosmetics, glasses, (visual and drinking) shampoo and other haircare products, including brushes and combs. Perhaps the color makes a difference (black), but the damage is still there.

Love my Onyx Collection bathroom vanity top and sink. We will definitely purchase more of their products when we renovate our other bathroom and complete a basement bath.
