The Olive Garden Restaurant Review

This like most Olive Garden restaurant didn't disappoint

This is the most worst experience I ve ever had, I had hair in my food,my pasta was dry,I saw a roach on the wall, the manager breath smelled like Hot A**, the salad was brown, it was awful! My waiter was really sweet and really nice and understanding so that s why I gave it an one star!! I m just gonna go to McDonald s and get an 10pc nugget I m over it dot com!!!!

Good food and service, waiter forgot our breadstick dipping sauce the first time but quickly had one out once he realized it.

There is a schedule with the best price option, good to be aware because it is worth it.

Service was extremely slow for lunch service but food is good and it's close to the mall.

I just had lunch at this Olive Garden and Let me tell you , Brunna was our server and Reggie was the food runner, whatta an outstanding service. Not to mention the bar attender, this Olive Garden has the best Long Island.

The place was clean and nice. Our waiter was very nice and understanding as he knew we don t eat pork and told us that something we were going to order has pork in it... i don t remember his name but he was from Albania. It was very nice of him that he gave us advice. The food was very fast and tasty.

Four stars for service only. Our waiter was great even though he was swamped. Food - not that great. But too each their own. Wasn't for us.

Great dine in experience. Victoria the manager did a great job at service recovery and I appreciate her professionalism and good customer service relationship. Food was served hot and very tasteful. We will be returning soon.

Food was great. Service was great. Our server was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Restaurant was busy, but was really good to see that their service was on point. Left really happy.

Food was great. The new lasagna dip is very good. The chips that come with it make it a perfect combo. I hope they decide to keep this new item. The server JM was very attentive even with it being very busy.

Olive Garden is Olive Garden but server Gabriel and manager Lauren are money!

I ordered my all time favorite endless soup and salad. It's only a good deal during lunch when its $6.99 I missed out on the lunch price but I still enjoyed my meal

When I have a craving this is where I head the soup salad Alfredo sauce and breadsticks are a must

I do not like the smell of these restaurants, to all those who have gone, I feel the same smell and I want to eat ...

Very tasty restaurant and the dishes are very well served.

So placed an order at 7:30 pm, was told 9:00 pm was the earliest to pick up. Ok with it. Get there 15 minutes before 9:00 pm., 915 everyone getting their order, so asked about my order they are getting it ready. 9:30 pm no order so asked curb side hostess order being bagged meanwhile people getting their order. Called and was finally told no alfredo sauce. You got to be kidding me. What really did it for me is when the manager gets on the phone to offer partial order so I don't cancel the entire order. Tell me how?? What I don't understand stand is why the curb side hostess just didn't say that but told everyone else no alfredo. Mind you I sat patiently. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED mind you my order wasn't small and was already paid for. Disappointed.

Love, love, love. Great food for a great price. Excellent salad with every meal and their bread sticks taste amazing! My friend had Chicken Alfredo which she said was delicious and I had Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara which was so nice I had to go back and have it again. Great cocktails too. Service was excellent and staff were personable.

This location has fallen apart. I was here today and had a server who had only two tables and the service was soooooo slow. My mother-in-law ordered coffee that arrived at the table cold. The server took twenty minutes to return to ask for another one. I ordered seafood Alfredo and got shrimp Alfredo. Once I alerted the server he basically hid and didn't address the issue in the kitchen leaving my food to die on the table. I asked him what happened and he gave me some excuse that the guy he told in the kitchen wasn't in there now. Like that's my problem????? So I eventually just gave up and had the dish removed from the ticket and left hungry. I won't be returning to this restaurant and I highly suggest no one who wants correct orders in a timely manner not try to obtain that here.

After we were given our food that's the last time we saw our waiter ! He didn't come back to ask my cousin and her daughter and my neice if they like more refill on their soup and salad and didn't ask if they needed refills on their drinks. They set us right by the kitchen !!! They walked by us a thousand times didn't ask if we needed anything at all and on top of it we were forced to tip them ! The tip was already on the bill I was so disappointed !!!!!

Great food, great service, very nice place !!! I loved it

Food was good. Service left something to desire. No silverware was given until we asked. No straws were given until we had our drinks for 5 minutes or so. & no napkins until we already had our meals.

Came in for lunch at noon(ish) Thursday, 6/15/17 with my friend/colleague & we were first in line, they were not busy, but were very disorganized. They were very friendly, for the most part. The exception was the pregnant young lady behind the takeout counter, she was very rude when speaking to her coworkers & that should never take place in front of patrons. They initially told us 5-10 minutes, okay, fine, we re patient, but we are on our lunch break. Then we noticed other people coming in & receiving the buzzers, we did not, but we stood in front of the hostess stand & they acknowledged us often. They were very apologetic, but again, disorganized. We ended up waiting closer to 20 minutes, as it turns out, though they weren t busy & as others arriving after us noted, had many tables open, they finally broke down & explained they were short on servers. Okay, please, just explain from the beginning and no one will continue to say there s an open table there , we didn t but the impatient family behind us did & it was very uncomfortable. This was our only less than stellar visit to this location. Once we were seated, service was flawless, but we re also two very accepting and kind women, so it s hard to disappoint us.
The food, typical salad & soup, perfection. My friend s eggplant meal was perfect. I ordered soup & salad as well as the appetizer sampler with mushrooms, mozzarella & zucchini. It s been a while since I ve ordered it because my husband is not a mushroom fan, but I was incredibly shocked at the recipe changes. The zucchini was awful, my friend is a vegetarian & I had her try it, she was like that s not good , the cheese portions were half the size they were in the past, I understand change, so no big deal there, but the breading was weird too. Oh, and the olives in the salad tasted different, I m sure they ve always come from a can, but these REALLY tasted like they came from a can, that too was a first. Lastly, the mushrooms recipe also changed, they are now only stuffed with clams, I know that s new because I ve never had them that way & they tasted a little fishy. While I love seafood, I do not eat fish, anything with fins. I only eat scallops, clams, oysters, lobster, crab, shrimp, mussels, true seafood in my eyes.

The staff up front was so rude! We put our name in and were told 25 minute wait for the 4 of us. No big deal, we waited. Got frustrated after we would see larger groups walk in, ask how long the wait would be, hear the greeter tell them 30-40 minites and they all got seated before us. We asked the greeter twice if we would be seated soon and he kept treating us like we just walked in and no clue who we were when we stayed by the podium the whole time. When we finally had enough and we're ready to leave after 35 minutes we immediately got seated our waiter was nice but forgot to bring my son his soup and my soup was ice cold. When I asked for a second bowl I got the wrong soup. Our food took a long time because "there were no more breadsticks and the kitchen was a mess". Tue rrst of the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. I will never return to this Olive Garden and am not sure if I will try another location after that mess.

Nothing to differentiate this Olive Garden from any other, aside from the service.

Great choice. By now, everyone knows what to expect from Olive Garden so my review is for this particular location. I had the taste for chicken alfredo and there was no question in my mind to go to OG. The food was good, the service was fast and the atmosphere was comfortable. Those are all the makings of a great experience. My server was personable and if I hadn't stuffed myself with mozzarella sticks and chicken alfredo, I would have taken the offer to get dessert.

I absolutely love Olive Garden their dishes are delicious and their wines on top of that are Magnificent the service is always great hearing service is always polite and if there's any issues managers are always good take care of it

Very good (but not Great, like the previous experience here). Its the standard OG menu and dining room environment, that has the ability to set itself apart through the level of service. They've done it repeatedly in the past, but not so much this visit. Enjoyed my meal, and will return again, but this is a highly competitive restaurant area.

The food is good but the service at that location is often less than desirable.

Our server, Robert, was on top of things. We never had to ask for drink refills. He made sure we were well taken care of. We like the staff at this location- and the food is good as well.

We were there to help our daughter celebrate her birthday. We were seated and the waitress asked us about wine. We are not wine drinkers. She did get our iced teas we requested. However no coasters. Did we need to ask? We ordered off the special $8.99 meals. Guess that was a mistake! We received our salads but no breadsticks because we were told they were still in the oven. Then our meals came and still no breadsticks. We ask the server who brought our meals and then the breadsticks came. They were hard and cold! Not just out of the oven. The food was good but when we were ready for our check, we did not see our server. We had to wait and watch the other server on the room serve other tables. We are very disappointed.
