This hotel has bad service I booked a king room with them before covid hit through Groupon then the virus cause Canada to close there border I asked them for a refund both them the oakes hotel and Groupon gave me a back and forth about how I couldn't get a refund so I had to settle they told me all they can do is push my reservation 6 month now 6 months passed and the border is still closed so I just lost close to $300 dollars for nothing

The service was great and so was the room,
Upon arrival we were greeted by Kaitlyn (sorry if I misspelled your name) and she showed us amazing customer service;
Even provided us with an upgraded room and was extremely friendly and welcoming.
All in all, it was a great experience and I will for sure be booking with the Oakes hotel in the future
Upgraded to a room for extra 90.00 from the 120.00 rate C$ and it was totally worthy! Huge and spacious 2 beds and one sofa bed . 2 TVs. Huge bathroom with jacuzzi that fits 2 adults and 2 children. The view of the falls is probably the best. Room was very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend and will come back for sure! A lot of value for what it offers!

My family and I visited for Eid and had a great time! We had a beautiful full view of both falls. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very attentive and offered great service. Will most definitely be back!
This was the first hotel overlooking the Horseshoe Falls. Kind personnel. The resort fee is added to the bill though during the current Ontario lockdown you cannot access them. The TV in the room is quite small and I found the bathroom a bit tight. The view was great from my room! I sat there for a couple of hours just taking the beauty of it all. I would come back. The prices were quite reasonable for what we got.
This is a nice hotel. I stayed here while I was visiting Niagara Falls and was satisfied with my experience. I parked in front of the hotel and checked in at the front desk. I then went up to my room, which had two beds and a bathroom. I put down my suitcases and looked out the window in the room, because I could see a view of Niagara Falls from my hotel room. After I looked at the view, I went down to the falls and did other stuff. After I ate dinner in the evening, I came back to the hotel and fell asleep. The next morning I woke up, ate breakfast, and checked out of the hotel, satisfied with my experience. I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice rooms and I had a nice view of the Niagara Falls from my room.
Has to be a 5star on the Premier Fallsview 1 king bed Jacuzzi suite 8-20, simply the best views of the falls,
