Front office staff are very difficult to work with.

Horrible place the service sucks waited for a call back for 2 days and nothing , I had to call back twice to find out I can t be serviced. Jean has a terrible attitude and never sounds welcoming over the phone . Jean if you hate your job find another one. people need help in this world and it sucks that they have to go through you to get it ..

The staff has been very nice to me. Jean is incredible. She went out of her way to help me on several occasions. I had a particular situation come up yesterday. She went out of her way to help me when I needed it most. Thank you.

Staff is absolutely horrible!! Dr Goidel is great but you ll never get your child s report. I called, left at least 20 messages and stopped in. I m now down to one week left of school, I have shelled out 100s if dollars and still no report. I will be reporting this place to better business bureau! I work in medical field and this is worst facility I have ever dealt with. There are no words to describe how in professional the office and billing staff are.

Therapist Ira Kaufman literally saved my life. He is totally accessible and caring. The staff has been very helpful with insurance issues. I am greeted by the receptionist with a smile. I am very glad I found the North Star Center and recommend the therapists highly.

Updated my original review. The old office staff was horrible, but recently they have hired new office staff and they are fabulous. Martha is a Godsend and I highly recommend her!

The front office staff was very kind to me and very helpful when scheduling appointments. Janice is great and I would highly suggest her services. She truly cares about her clients. The wait was a little long, but that s expected at any doctors office!
