Always have a good experience coming into the office for supplies and what not. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Kristen was marvelous. Eve though I am a long standing cpap user, she made sure I understood all the differences due to technology upgrades. My family has used NBN for many services over the years and regularly recommend the company.
Horrible work ethic, nurses do what they want and come in late multiple times. No manners at all. Got my services cut off out of no where because this agency had no nurses available, did not let me know in advance they re running low on nurses, for me to look elsewhere. They ignored my calls and messages then told me they will no longer be taking care of my son due to no nurses available. Had to quit my job. Asked them for a letter for confidential reasons stating they cut my sons services off and why they cut it off, they declined this letter. Worst mistake was giving them my time. Do yourself a favor and pick another agency.
I would give them 10 stars!!! Everybody there is more then helpful, very friendly and professional. I went there few months ago to help my dad get his CPAP and was impressed by professionalism.They were very patient with us while we got machine set up on the first visit and equally patient and friendly when we got there second time with the problem to be solved. I apologize to two ladies who helped us few months ago for not remembering their names to thank them this way . I was there just last week again asking for the equipment repair as my dad had some problems with the unit. From the moment your walk in and get greeted by Carolyn until you finish everything is absolutely amazing . This time they even got their manager/supervisor, Erin, involved who in a most humble way went above and beyond to help and solve the problem. I am positive that all she has done for me is not really her job, yet that is what makes them so special. I recommend this place to everyone! Thank you all very much !
Wonderful experience. The staff here is great. The receptionist greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. This is my first time using a CPAP and Kristin was so sweet and informative while going over my machine. Everyone I dealt with was very personable, patient and professional.
I don't understand how a company can take a case and not have nurses to cover? I have gotten a run around since day one. They say one thing and do another. Instead of being honest with the client and say "We don't have enough nurses to staff" they rather paint a picture and not be able to fulfill the job. I have never seen a company more disorganized. After I asked several time if u need to supply anything as in glove, wipes etc.... I was told no! And then was told by someone else that they don't supply paper towels, sanitizer, sanitize wipes and that I can buy that stuff at the dollar store. Then I was told yesterday that I would have a nurse from 7 till 10 and one from 10 to 7 am, I text the nurse around 945 to see if she was on her way and she replied she told them she wasn't coming in. Then I call the supervisor, clinical Liason, and the company and got no answer. I had to call a answering service and they told me they werent able to send me a nurse cause they had none. Then I get a call from a supervisor/RN and she tells me she apologizes cause she knew my nurse wasn't coming in tonight so she didn't understand why the staffing coordinator would tell me she was coming in. They basically told me I would have no nurse till maybe Monday. Then she tells me that nurse they sent was basically a temporary bandaid until late that nurses other case was out the hospital which the child came out Thursday, and that they needed her because that child was more sick than my child! Ummmmm that sounds like a personal problem and your company staffing problem is not my problem. And what kind of nurse tells a parent that any other child is more sick than yours? Especially when you had my sons file for 2 weeks. There was more than enough time to find people to staff it. The director of the company is a lost case as well. This company is full of it and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them. They make excuses for everything! Their clients are a money symbol to them! Nbn doesnt even deserve a star! One star is to much of a good standard for them. This company is garbage.
