I would highly recommend the Natural Sapphire Company for the outstanding customer service and the quality of the products. I live in UK and I ordered an engagement ring for my fiancee. Lauren and the team did an amazing job to meet all my requirements and were there at every call to address my concerns, advise, and help. I exchanged 66 (!) emails with Lauren in order to design the perfect ring and she always responded on the same day. Lauren took loads of photos and videos of various stones to make sure I choose the one I like the most. There were no problems with shipping the ring to UK, I was informed on every step of the design, manufacturing, and shipment.The result was the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and a loud happy 'YES' from my fiancee.

When we went to New York on vacation we went up to their top level suite and received the ring in person. The ring looked every bit what I expected in person based on the detilaed mock up pictures that were sent to me with the ring placed in my desired setting. My experience with the Natural Sapphire Company was fantastic!

I am knowledgeable about gemstones and have very high standards. Unfortunately, most jewelry stores assume that their customers are ignorant and so provide only the bare minimum of details. This is particularly true in regards to things like sourcing, color intensity, inclusions, and treatments. The Natural Sapphire Company shares all that information upfront, and also divides sapphires by color better than any other company I have seen, (for example other companies might have a "green sapphire", but NSC has: blueish-green, green, greenish-blue.) Their website also offers many educational pages, which again go far beyond what others offer.

I found my perfect stone (Montana, greenish-blue, no-heat treatment, vivid, eye-clean) at a very reasonable price point on their website. I picked out a ring and asked for a computer rendering as well as a photo of the stone in natural light. The customer service was excellent every step of the way! They even took the initiative to talk with me about whether 18k or 14k rose gold would match the gemstone better. The color difference is subtle, but worth discussing (I picked 18k). That kind of attention to detail is rare and precious.

The ring arrived with in-depth paperwork about the sapphire and a large bottle of cleaning solution. I expected the usual velvet ring box. Instead, it came in a heavy metal box, the weight seems to say "something very special is inside." There were several layers of packaging, all of which were nicely done.

The sapphire and the ring exceeded my expectations. I thought I knew what it would look like. But the reality is so much better! It's GORGEOUS!

I want a Purple Sapphire next and I know I'll be doing my shopping at the Natural Sapphire Company.

Found NSC on the web, was a bit wary about using someone so far away to order a special 45 anniversary gift for my wife, but Lauren made the whole process very simple and the resulting surprise gift of earnings was well received.

I LOVE MY NEW RING!! I had sooo much fun looking at all the stones on the website. There are a large assortment of beautiful stones and it was hard to narrow down. But, after a few weeks of checking the website daily, I decided on an oval cushion cut pink sapphire. I went back and forth about my setting, in the end, choosing the 4-prong solitaire setting with channel set diamonds on each side of the band.
Lauren is a dream to work with. She is so helpful and stayed in constant touch with me during the creation process.
I have since ordered 2 additional stones: a yellow cushion cut and a deep blue round cut. Both will be placed in settings that I already own. I recently proposed to my girlfriend with a blue sapphire ring from NSC and the experience I had with their customer service was phenomenal. Lauren went above and beyond to answer every question I had, showed me pictures and videos of some of the sapphires I was interested in and in the end helped me design a custom engagement ring about which my girlfriend, jokingly, says she loves more than me. There is a wide variety of stones and settings available, and Lauren was extremely involved and helpful in me finding the perfect one. The NSC team is extremely professional and even helped ship the ring to Romania in a very secure manner. Got the ring size wrong and NSC was kind enough to resize it free of charge. I purchased an engagement ring with sapphire center stone and side diamonds. Natural Sapphire Company s sapphire collection was the most comprehensive I had found. I purchased both stone and setting with NSC producing a few renderings of what it would look like. The renderings matched up very well with the finished product.

I told Sam several times I d have the sapphire earrings appraised. Sam even encouraged me to and said that I d not be disappointed.
I was skeptical the hole time until after the appraisal was done. The appraiser was very impressed with all the documentation. They said that the stones were exactly what was advertised, which were very nice. The appraiser even graded the sapphires on the lower end of the class/scale. The sapphires appraised for more than I had paid!

I'll admit I had some trepidation about making such a momentous purchase, especially for an engagement ring, from a store online across the country. Their designs were much better than anything I'd seen locally though, and I decided to go for it. WOW. Amazing sapphire ring, exactly the (less common) style that my girlfriend (now fiancee!) loves. An incredibly beautiful piece, and also wonderful customer service from Lauren throughout the whole ordeal (yes gentlemen, it is an ordeal). The ring was ready very quickly and I had many of my questions promptly answered along the way about discreet shipping, sizing, etc. It was really a wonderful experience overall.

The Summary:
They made the perfect engagement ring. Lauren exceeded every expectation and made me feel like her only client during three in-person visits and 177 emails to help me flesh out my design idea. TNSC produced an extremely intricate design and created an absolutely stunning work of art! I'm a customer for life and couldn't be happier.

The Search:
I found TNSC via Google when looking for a jeweler to create a sapphire engagement ring. I'd visited many sites and seen multiple photos, but the amount of detail on each stone and amazing reviews won me over immediately. However, just by chance I ended up having to travel to NYC for several weeks later and requested a consultation while I was there. I was lucky enough to meet Lauren on my first visit, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.

The Visit:
Their office has a warm, welcoming and charmingly friendly vibe with absolutely zero sales pressure, but Lauren really stole the show. I could immediately tell that Lauren had a passion for helping clients find the perfect sapphire. However, she also has a background in design and her artistic talent, creative vision and excitement to help me create a great setting were absolutely priceless. Even though Lauren stated that I could purchase a loose sapphire without obligation to design a setting through TNSC, I knew by the second visit that no one would be able to translate my vision into reality they way she could.

The Sapphire:
I was looking for a specific size, shape and color gem. Lauren went out of her way to coordinate the shipment of many stones with my travel schedule so we could evaluate them in person. She went through painstaking detail of each stone and why it did or did not fit my requirements. Over the course of three visits she helped me narrow down my choices to several gems that fit my requirements and budget. By the end of the third visit I had purchased a beautiful sapphire

The Setting:
Also, by the end of the third visit Lauren had created a rough drawing of the vision I had for a setting. I wanted something very detailed and extremely specific that I coudn't find anywhere online or in person, which is saying something considering I walked through the jewelry district twice a day for several weeks while working in NYC! Lauren had her team create amazing graphic and 3D renderings for quite a few main design concepts and numerous design changes over the course of seven months and 177 emails while we worked through what I wanted, didn't want and incorporated new ideas. Even though I was 2,000 miles away, each time we talked it felt like I was right there. Sometimes we talked several times a week and at other times I reached out every few weeks. She never made me feel rushed or pressured.

The Final Design:
It took about a month from the time I gave the go-ahead on the setting to get the ring and the finished product absolutely blew me away. Even though the 3D models and renderings looked wonderful, their capability to produce a platinum, sapphire and diamond ring to such exacting detail is unheard of. The box the ring comes in is amazing by itself and the extremely detailed paperwork that came with it really wowed me. My expectations have been far surpassed and the entire process was handled with such precision, dedication and commitment. This is the first time I've been a client or customer and I can't think of a single area for improvement. TNSC and Lauren know the business and have perfected both the in-person and remote purchase and design experience. I'm a customer for life!

I recently purchased an engagement ring from NSC. It was custom made for a stone I picked out from their online store. I found out judging a stone by online pics alone can be difficult, as I received the ring, and the stone was much lighter in color than anticipated. I didn't really know what to do, as the setting was custom-made for that stone, and therefore not returnable. I contacted Lauren at NSC, and she was incredibly helpful. I told her the situation, and how the original stone was too light. After I described what I was looking for, she then found multiple stones that would fit the custom-made setting, and sent me pictures of them. After I had narrowed it down to two stones, she physically got both of those into the shop, sent me more pictures of them with the original stone for contrast. Lauren then counseled me over the phone on which stone she thought would better suit my taste. I recently received the new stone in the setting and it is gorgeous! She picked an absolute winner!

After I received the ring, by chance, I was looking at the website and saw there was a big sale on the sapphires for Valentine's day. I asked if there was any possibility I could get the sale price on the stone that I had purchased 3 weeks ago. Without hesitation, she refunded me the difference on what the sale price would have been. Absolutely fantastic experience with Lauren and the Natural Sapphire Company!!

I decided to buy a padparadscha sapphire for my partner's birthday. I decided to buy a stone and get it made into a ring locally. I chose a very attractive 1.1 ct cushion cut stone from their website. Their photos and 360 degree video are so good for making a choice online. Lauren assisted me and couldn't have been more helpful. I was delighted with my purchase. With so many fake stones out there it was reassuring to rely upon NSC's appraisal of the stone and accompanying paperwork. I shall use them again, great customer service.

Very satisfied with my experience. I was able to go inside the facility in December 2019 to see stones in person (with the COVID situation I'm not sure how this has changed). The staff were fully accommodating and helped out with various design and setting ideas. I planned to purchase around March but then COVID pushed my purchase back to July 2019. Despite this setback, they were prompt in responses, returning renderings and final production. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. I recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased a sapphire engagement ring and matching wedding band from The Sapphire Company. I was nervous about purchasing a ring online without seeing it in person, however their return policy gave me comfort that if I didn t like the engagement ring, I could return it without issues. Note, the wedding band is not returnable, but the engagement ring is.

The sizing chart online was very accurate. I printed it and measured my finger throughout the day to check the size as my fingers swell and contract regularly depending if I m cold or hot.

Lauren is amazing! I was looking online for a long time for a very specific color sapphire for an engagement ring, exhausted several websites (~12) and ordered multiple different samples from different online retailers. Out of all the online retailers Lauren was the most helpful, responsive and easiest to work with. Sending multiple different photos in different lighting and videos in different lighting in addition to the photos they had online. Once we received the sapphires they were packaged more elegantly than any other package I had received from different online retailers. I took the sapphires to a jeweler - not to be appraised but because the sapphire is going to be the center stone in a custom engagement ring. The jeweler was also very happy with the stone, he had ordered sapphires from alternative sources to compare and we ended up picking the sapphire from the Natural Sapphire Company. Highly Recommend .

Great online expreience. I knew nothing about sapphires and went to a few local jewelry stores. Some of them were chain stores and others were local places. All very reputable. My problem was their inventory. It was nonexistant. I was told I'd have to buy it before I could see it. I've never heard of something like that. I would never buy a gem I didn't see. I took to online retailers mostly for an education. I honestly didn't think I could or would trust a purchase like this to the internet. While on The Natural Sapphire Company's website I clicked the chat button. Lauren picked up and asked a few basic questions about what I was looking for. Some I knew the answers to and some she helped me through. It was an education she gave me that he box stores didn't seem to have time for. Ten minutes later she emailed me a list of all the sapphires that matched my criteria. One of them caught my eye and I looked at it for two days before calling to purchase. The pictures of it were beautiful but I as sceptical that it would look the same when I got it home. I took a look at BBB and saw they had an A+ rating so I decided to make the call. The shipping was fast. The stone was exactly as described. Amazing! I couldn't be happier.

The best place to shop for teal Montana sapphires online. Their website has the best selection of these stones and the interface makes it relatively easy to choose between hundreds of stones and setting.

I requested a few previews, which were helpful, but I think the 3D views of the stones and settings are enough to make a decision.

Absolutely amazing! We had my engagement ring custom made and the service and quality are just amazing! The customer service was awesome! We then went back to have my wedding band custom made. Natural sapphire company did an absolutely beautiful job on my wedding band. It is a custom fit around the engagement ring, as it is a large stone, and the fit is absolutely bang on. I would recommend this company to anyone! I wanted something different and unique and I couldn t haven t asked for a better company to help me design the wedding ring set of my dreams!

My husband has purchased several sapphires from the Natural Sapphire company over the years and we have been thrilled with every purchase.
We are Sapphire people for sure. We just bought a spectator bicolored sapphire to replace my initial wedding set. The stone is pink with yellow flickers which makes it look exactly like a pink diamond... maybe better. It is by far the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and so happy to have our forever wedding ring. The diamonds surrounding the stone are exquisite to say the least. I was searching for sapphire pendant inside a pave diamond setting for our anniversary and had checked with Jared and other online stores. Finally came across NSC and here are the reasons why I decided to order from them - (1) they had many many many positive customer reviews (this is quite obvious) and (2) while there were a few less than positive reviews, the customers later all stated the owner personally addressed and made good the situation and (3) the website s ability to show the details of each individual stone along with certifications and (4) the price of the setting changes whenever the stone (size) is changed, which led me to believe I am really paying for a custom made product. So I ordered the pendant just a week before our anniversary and was told it will not arrive on time (this is not their fault but mine alone); however, Lauren offered to send me laminated documents of the pendant so I won t be empty handed come the special day, which was a very nice gesture. As we anxiously waited during the next few days, the pendant finally arrived and it was gorgeous, and the packaging along with the entire presentation with the heavy metallic box was beautiful. The overall experience was very satisfying and I will definitely be ordering more gifts from NSC, and one day maybe become a collector of their stones.

If I may make a small suggestion, that would be to add an order tracking service to the already awesome service.

I've had an image in my mind of how I wanted my ring to look, but could never find exactly what I was looking for in stores. I found several stones on The Natural Sapphire Company website and worked with Sam Arnstein to select ones that would work for me. Sam was amazing to work with and he always displayed professionalism and patience. Given that I am in California and the company is in New York City, Sam took the time to make and send video clips of the stones I was interested in so I could see the stones side-by-side in motion, rather than just photos. For me, this made all the difference.

I was helping a good friend look for a rare and unique sapphire for an engagement ring, and the experience that Lauren provides is superb! Her soft, yet detailed sales approach leaves you feeling like you've made a friend for life vs. a transaction. From initial planning, to working with other jewelers in the process of creating once in a lifetime pieces the Natural Sapphire Company and specifically Lauren set the bar for luxury customer service. She will even allow Facetime calls to help the selection process and smile throughout multiple calls, until the client walks away satisfied. She was very prompt with her email replies and we spoke over the phone to discuss the details of the sapphires that I was considering. She gave me the best advice as I previewed 3 stones before making my final selection! The NSF is a very honest company, they work with you, there are no surprise charges, and putting a hold on your credit card to preview a stone is simple and easy-- and once you return the stone the hold is removed. I did't worry about unwanted charges at all! I would HIGHLY recommend previewing a sapphire if you are considering The NSC. I had been searching for an engagement ring for about 6 months before finding NSC- and I don't think you will find a better selection of no-heat sapphires anywhere! The price per carat for high quality sapphires is very affordable. I was able to get a beautiful 2.27 ct sapphire set in a rose gold diamond pave halo on a very modest budget. This is far more beautiful than what my budget would afford at a vintage jewelry store, online retailer or franchise-mall jeweler! I loved exploring the website and I recommend looking at the "uniquely colored sapphires". You will fall in love with the beautiful cuts and colors of sapphires offered!

We had been looking for an engagement ring, and having gone to a number of places, I feel the Natural Sapphire Company stood head and shoulders above the rest. In fact, it was the best jewelry buying experience I ever had. Lauren was very friendly, highly professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and both my girlfriend and I felt comfortable with her throughout the whole process. She listened carefully to our questions and concerns, and provided us with forthright answers and creative choices based upon what we wanted. The stones were beautiful, and the selection extensive and varied. We especially liked the free rendering service that showed us the sapphires we had picked in different settings so we had a visual idea of how each stone would look in a ring. The wax model (which cost $95 but was applied to the cost of the ring) was an added plus and allowed my girlfriend to get a sense of the fit and height of the ring we were considering. We ended up meeting with Lauren five times before we settled on what turned out to be a gorgeous engagement ring.

I contacted Lauren at the National Sapphire Company to request a custom engagement ring based just on a photo I had on my phone. We emailed back and forth several times, and I selected a specific sapphire from their website. Within only a few days I had received an excellent computer rendering of my custom order and was allowed to put a hold on the stone I selected. I called her with my payment information, was told it should be done in two weeks and my ring ended up being finished and shipped to me a few days ahead of schedule. It came in a beautiful gift box with excellent documentation. Working with Lauren was one of the best customer service experiences I ve had in my life. I enjoyed excellent, very prompt, personal communication, and great advice every step of the way and will not ever be using another jeweler either online or locally.
