A personal thank you is in order to Sam Arnstein and the entire staff at The Natural Sapphire Company for making the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I was in search for a peach/pink stone to give to my fiance to cement our engagement.

She loved the color of Morganites but I was not sold on going that route for various reasons so I decided to research on precious stones. I moved forward with finding a harder, higher quality, incredibly cut stone that we would both love for a lifetime. I came across this in a 2.11 ct padparadscha sapphire on the NSC site. "THIS IS THE ONE!" Once I saw the stone I immediately reserved it.

The next steps of the process, I had the pleasure of working with Sam Arnstein and the NSC team to render images of the stone in 2 different settings as well as ordering a wax mold of the chosen setting.

The NSC team was able to customize one of there classic 4 prong settings to change the prong settings to a "baby claw" prong to further accentuate the radiant cut of the sapphire. So much attention to detail to deliver what I had in my head. What resulted was an amazing engagement ring encased in a very heavy high quality case. Included was a professional folder that includes so much detailed information about the stones dimensions, origin and appraisal statement that added to the overall experience and final product.

I had a great experience with Lauren at The Natural Sapphire Company. I needed a lot of guidance because I was interested in a sapphire ring recommended by a Vedic Astrologer. Lauren was familiar with the specifics and helped walk me through the design process. I just received the ring and it's beautiful! I don't know how their prices compares to other companies because I didn't do any comparisons. But, I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with the natural sapphire company was excellent all around!! Their website was very helpful and I was able to find a stone that matched exactly what I was looking for. Then when I received the stone I was thrilled that it looked just as good in person as it did online. Throughout the whole process, Lauren was invaluable with her help and service. If I knew someone was in the market for sapphire stones/rings, I would eagerly send them NSC s way!!

Tldr: Highly recommend the NSC. You won't find better quality sapphires with trustworthy reports, and their CS is great.

Pro tip: Wait for holiday sales / Don't be so hasty to buy, they might offer you a discount.

Pros:
- Beautiful gems with detailed, authentic reports.
- Awesome CS that goes above and beyond. Lauren was incredibly helpful and patient, and I'm so appreciative she gave me a sale refund for buying a ring shortly before their store sale went up.

Cons:
- Lacks after purchase value others offer. E.g. Hassle-free returns, free lifetime repairs, credit upgrades, etc.
- Not as many ring setting choices, although they offer to make ones from other sites (seems risky though?)

Website UI feedback:
- No quick visual tools (like Brilliant Earth's or James Allen's mobile try-on that uses a picture of your hand to see rings at eye level).
- Wish they'd add more filter options, e.g. color intensity & gem width (especially!), eye clarity, a customizable price range, and ring options like peek-a-boo.

The Natural Sapphire Company is highly professional and I can only recommend them. Their craftmanship is of the highest order and the customer service was always excellent. Overall a Good Experience. Site is easy to navigate with plenty of options to chose from. I was interested in purchasing a Sapphire (my birthstone) for my 55 birthday. I found an Emerald Cut Sapphire a little over 1ct. I had a Pendant made. Its
lovely - I dint see an option of attaching images ;-( Be advised that the pics on the website & images that NSC will send you are larger than real life stone itself. However, Sam was very helpful & patient as I ended up upgrading the carat weight of my Blue No Heat/Enhancement Sapphire. And glad I did as Sam agreed that the smaller stone looked Dainty - at 55 I wasn t going for Dainty. Additionally, my docs from NSC for the Sapohire i purchased was missing measurements on 1 of the 3D sheets. I made NSC aware; and they without question mailed me the updated corrected 3D page . I would recommend NSC. I wish I could have purchased in person to actually see the variety of Sapphire stones in real time & actual size. But, overall the experience was good and no regrets. This was an excellent experience in every way. It was fun shopping for the sapphire for a replacement wedding band - so many to choose from, in a great range of sizes, shapes and costs. I loved looking at the 3D graphic model of each stone where you could really examine each facet. I also loved the free 3D renderings of the two rings I was considering. The wax casting of my favorite really assured me that it was right choice.
Throughout the process Lauren Kelly-Nelson was so helpful! She was knowledgeable, professional, personable and not at all pushy. I really felt like I had a friend helping me. When I had waited too long to make a decision, and the sapphire I had chosen was sold in the meantime, Lauren suggested three alternate stones of equal quality and cost. I could have used any of them and been delighted. Ordering everything was so easy, and the new ring came within two weeks, as promised, in a beautiful box, with helpful documentation for the stone. I am thrilled with my ring, and I highly recommend Lauren and The Natural Sapphire Company!

I was seeking an engagement ring for my future fiancee and started looking around for Sapphire rings. I live in Australia so had to communicate online or over the phone.

What drew me to the NSC website was that it is a truly functional online shop that is easy to use and navigate. They give you full details of the stones up front including costs, clarity, origin, etc.. along with great photos and 3D models. Any certification is also available to review.

Once I had settled on a stone I contacted the company to get a 3D rendering made up with a ring setting. This allowed me to see what the final product would look like. My contact point was Caitlyn.

Caitlyn and I corresponded via email for many months as I investigated my options, different stones and settings. She even offered to send me the stone in Australia to see before buying.

I ended up paying to have the stone professionaly appraised locally in New York instead of shipping to Australia. Caitlyn dropped off and picked up the stone and made it a smooth process.

When I finally decided on a stone and setting, Caitlyn processed payment and had it made and shipped to my door within a fortnight.

Throughout the whole process I never felt pressured to buy and Caitlyn was very patient with me and helped me through the whole process.

This ring was given to me for college graduation, and The Natural Sapphire Company engraved my school's initials and my graduation date on the inside of the band. That extra touch made it so special. Michael made time for me at a late hour to take a look at a few of his stock. I previously made a purchase and wanted to see if there was something else I wanted, and if I wanted to replace one of the items with something else. Michael patiently answered my questions and explained/showed me some things about sapphires I didn't previously know. It was very interesting. Lauren helped me tremendously almost a year ago when I purchased my now fiance's engagement ring. The lead time was only a day or two longer than I had anticipated and she worked hard to make sure it showed up for the date I needed.
