I spent 6 days here for a scientific conference. This is an excellent place for focused work. The industrial architecture and subterranean connecting tunnels are overwhelming for a day or so. But when the weather takes a turn for the worse , their utility becomes apparent. The food is plentiful , with good variety and of top quality. Drink are available round the clock. Rooms are sufficiently equipped for one person. There is a bar for unwinding in the evenings. The staff is especially very helpful and accommodating. A couple of suggestions - escorting guests to their rooms upon arrival will help mitigate the overwhelming feeling of the large complex and tunnels. A small convenience store would help for international guests who are staying for long. Finally, international power adapters would be a nice touch in the rooms. Overall I had a very enjoyable stay here. This is a conference center that provides an excellent working and learning environment. It is NOT a resort. As long as your expectations are in line with this, I have no doubt the stay will be fantastic. Looking forward to visit again next year.

The conference spaces are good. Customer service was good. Food was good as well. The room was not all that great, though. If you re looking for minimal space in your room and won t be spending much time in it, this probably won t be an issue for you.

Feeling nostalgic. The Xerox International Center for Training and Management Development. Definitely the same place. Spent many weeks there during my 20 year tenure with Xerox. Looks pretty much the same. I wonder if everything is still color coded? When I was staying there we had twin beds and shared the toilet & shower with the person next door. I think they changed that.

Xerox owned all the surrounding property that is now Landsdowne. 3000 heavily wooded acres. The deer would walk right up to the buildings and eat apples out of your hand.

Here for training. The layout is like a maze with the tunnels, but once you learn it, it's a breeze. Food as well as the staff is AMAZING!! Be prepared to gain at least 10 pounds if here for a week. I forgot my phone charger at home and the Front Desk Mgr came to my rescue! He charged my phone with his personal charger. It was critical that I have my phone for business purposes. What a life saver he was. Sorry I failed to get his name. My room was comfortable for the time I was in it, and much appreciated after a long business day. Kudos to the staff Attentive, Courteous, and Efficient

Nice conference facility. Self contained campus with dining and conference rooms, lot of greenery around. Away from the busy city life and ideal for a learning event. Dining area is nice and spacious, with well balanced options for dining. Staff is nice and courteous. Not too far from Dulles Airport IAD with a short drive. Rooms are small but one person can manage.

While it's a maze to navigate, I do love that everything one would need for a conference is all on site. Food, a multitude of conference rooms, accommodations, gym, sports bar, and nice green spaces. The only real downfall in my eyes is the rooms are small, and it's easy to get a little lost. Otherwise it's a good place for it's intended purpose.

It wasn't a good experience to walk in your Room and see dead roaches everywhere.the room smelled like bug spray and old socks.Luckily they move me to a room that was clean and bug free. The food was excellent the first 3 days and then the quality of the food went downhill. Not good!
