The previous director was weak and unfairly treated a few members of staff. Low standard of playing...definitely not as good as you would expect from a music school... idle students get away with being idle so playing level bound to be low. And now the current director isn't much different to the previous one; likes to shout, doesn't want to know about peoples concerns, fails to communicate... I actually feel quite sorry for the students who are dedicated. I am glad I took my child out of this failing music school years ago. Not worth the fees at all. My child now studies privately with an amazing teacher online and it works!

Lack of communication. Bad management. Bad leadership. Shows no respect to parents. Bad service. One star is too much to give to Sheffield Music Academy. Sending your children there is a waste of time.
