5 star class hotel, resort & villa, one of the best in its class. Very spacious, comfortable, good food menu and fits on the tongue

So in Mulia, there are 3 types of Balinese in one complex, The Mulia, Mulia Villa and Mulia Resort. The hotel is indeed a magnificent all-round facility, there are even kids who are exceptionally dedicated. Cm yes from room facilities etc. all feels nothing is wah for a 5-star hotel with a rate above the hotel around the 5-star hotel too. The strangest thing is the free parking cm from 12 pm until 12 noon. The rest pay. If for 1 or 2 star hotels for the price of 500 thousand rooms. But the number has reached 3 million permalam ?? Even for 500 thousand free. So it's really not recommended to bring mbl. Maybe they think of paying 3 million can afford 60 thousand per day to not pay. Yeah, I'm sorry. Why do you have to pay a guest at htl to pay for parking ..?

The view is good & beautiful , service ok but i still think the room is to overprice, internet wifi limited only for 2 device , & the speed only 3 mbps , very ridicilous this is 5 star hotel man. I paid at least USD 300 for the room. The room is soso not luxury as 5 hotel, the furniture in the room looks old. For check in , i am waiting at least 1 hour to get a room. And the toillete amenities is made by local not from good brand , example in ritz carlton the soap & the body lotion from bvlgari. The only one sensation in the toilet just the automatic toto WC in the room I think is better sofitel then mulia for everything. Thats just my opinion

Satisfied with friendly and quality service as promised

Check in need to wait for no existing home, but this is not a big problem.
The hotel has a delicious breakfast, quality first-class hardware and beautiful sea views.
But there is also an unsatisfactory service attitude. The overall feeling does not seem to like Chinese tourists, and the words are discriminatory and contemptuous. Although I also don't like my compatriots, especially the guests of the tour group, they are mostly rude and noisy, but as a professional service staff of the hotel should not carry this kind of emotion.
I stayed in Bali for ten days and stayed at four hotels. The service I received here was the most disappointing. It is possible to change the overall service attitude after changing to a foreman manager until check out.

Top-notch resort hotel. Spacious, clean and organised with calm surroundings right down to the sandy beach. Excellent facilities, several restaurants to choose from with polite and helpful staff. A pleasure to stay here.

Stunning resort. We would definitely consider coming back. The only two things we did not like is queuing up for breakfast and the fruit selection at breakfast was limited for a resort like this. The dinner buffet at all the Mulia restaurants were excellent. The customer service at ZJ s club was also not impressive, but everyone else was courteous and friendly.

Attended here for the all day brunch, great time and unbelievable food.
The resort is grand, palatial and so many other superlatives. Marble just about every square inch, staff and waiters everywhere, discreetly attending to your needs. High, armed security at the gates.
Great architecture, pools and private beach, what more could you ask for.

There is a car park fee for drivers who will pick up their guests, even though it belongs to the hotel (hotel page) not a public area for people not interested in hotels. The only hotel in Bali that I know of is only Mulia Hotel and Resort burdening the drivers with parking fees in the hotel parking lot (basement).

I went on a honeymoon at golden week in 2019. I stayed in the suite room for 4 nights and 5 days. The hotel was good but the staff was very bad. Was there a comb in the room on the first day even though it was a five-star hotel? ? ? Did you give it out? <br/> When you asked about anything, were you coldly told that no one could speak Japanese? ? ? <br/> The guide book says that you will replenish fruit for free. ? ? <br/> It's the lowest! I will never go again. Those who plan to go should think better. I don't think it's equivalent to a 5 star hotel!

Excellent resort, superb foods. Relaxing environment. Everything you could ask for a comfortable and lazy holiday is all here.

Was at this hotel in November 2017. Excellent service, comfortable rooms (the room has everything you need), a beautiful, well-groomed area. Breakfast and lunch are a different story. So rich a selection of dishes that just run your eyes. Nice beach, but low tides are felt. Taxis to Bali Collection can be ordered at the reception. I recommend to everyone.

The view is ok, the service is ok, the restaurant here is the same as Mulia Jakarta, there is the cafe there is a table 8 and it feels ok too
