The Movie Experience - Fremont Theatre Review

Went to Hobo Johnson a few weeks back and then Rainbow Kitten Surprise. Going to Isakov in September, such a good venew! Good beers, nice staff.

The place looked awesome outside. I love the old Theater look. I wish they would have opened the door 7:30 or at least by 8:00. Once inside the inside looked amazing...And we got what I thought were good seat in the second row, but as the time passed and the concert was ready to start. Lots of people went to the front to stand up for the concert and we could hardly see anything. My daughter has a handicap and we couldn't go up there because she would have gotten knocked down. I know we didn't pay alot for the concert. But next time I know...

Concert venue is one of our old movie theaters. Just heard Trombone Shorty put on a show, it was fantastic! Lights and sound were amazing and this theater allows you to have the "big/little" show experience here in SLO.
LOTS of dining options in our downtown area and you will love the experience

We have seen some great acts at this theater. The Fremont is a local landmark. If you see a favorite act is playing here, go!

Very nice intimate place for an up close and personal concert

We have been to 3 concert's so far and love it every time. Good Vibes, great music, very chill people.

The Fremont is a majestic and historical gem. Concerts, movies and special events. They don't make them like this any more.

I went to go see suicide girls for my birthday what an experience. The surrounding area is clean. The seats are comfortable. I would highly recommend

Great theater right in downtown SLO. I was impressed with the unique architecture of the place, the intimate setting and the reasonably priced food and drinks. Plus, before and after the show, lots of great places a walk away!

This venue is quite special. I enjoy the beautiful interior design & all the bands I have seen this far at the Fremont. Great local spot to see a band and meet cool people!

I love it here! They have free movie events that we love going to...especially around Christmas. You can bring your own snacks or buy theirs... they re not expensive. It s a beautiful theater and was built by a well known architect in the 40 s, so there s nothing exactly like it. They also have some really great bands that play here.

The theatre is lovely. The concert started late, but was good. It would have been nice to know the concert wasn't going to start until an hour and a half after the time posted on our tickets. I

Great theatre/venue with amazing interior decor. They offer a nice selection of films and live performances. Definitely recommend the Freemont.

Only seen a movie her once but its great for music!!! So much fun and beautiful decor!

A true time piece and SLO icon. This theater is beautiful and I am amazed at how many performers come through. Its in a great location that's a bit away from the main downtown traffic. It is also next to plenty of great resturants including a bbq spot and sushi bar. The popcorn could be more flavorful.

One of my favorite places in SLO. Wish they were maintaining the flavor better. Amazing art deco ceiling, but stacks of chairs in the lobby and bathrooms spoil the vibe.

Such a cool old theatre that is still a thriving part of downtown SLO I encourage you to catch a concert there

This place is a slo classic. It has a beautiful old viewing room and has a wide range of great new movies, local projects, and bands.
