Wonderful friendly Staff

Took mum to MVH for minor injuries unit, it's closed, have got a nurse practitioner clinic via 111 only. Would advise to check before arriving (wish I had) great unit. On the plus side managed to park in disabled bay and mum visited the charity shops (bookshops too) and comfort shop.

The staff in the Cancer center are absolutely amazing. They look after you and put you at ease.
My only complaint is about the cleanliness of one mens toilet cubicle outside LA10. It was reported by myself but remained full of excrement and paper for 3WEEKS. This is not only unacceptable but must be a health hazard because.of this I have scored much lower. The radiographer deseve a full 5 stars

Worst hospital ever on the phone for over 4 hours I was 1st in the queue and no one picked up the phone ridiculous. I was the 1st in the queue for over 4 hours..!!!!! Worst hospital ever

Went for a blood test. Excellent queuing system. Hands to be sanitized on entry and they gave me a new mask to wear inside. Received a number and was advised where to wait inside, There was no one else in waiting room and my number showed up on the screen about 30 seconds later. Lovely lady took my blood. All in all a very pleasant blood test experience.

A few months ago a nurse from Atrium covid test center was very rude and performed so ruthless inhuman service.. let us hope today will be maybe any better than before...

Excellent cancer care centre. All staff from cleaners to consultant Onchologists are brilliant. Thank you for the excellent care you are giving my friend

The nurses are lovely, especially Charlotte in hand therapy. Makes me feel very relaxed and as ease (very nervous patient). the reception staff in the medical block i find very rude and abrupt, hardly ever say hello or smile at you. Makes me feel like im inconveniencing them by having an appointment

The clinical staff were amazing , helpful and efficient however not sure if the weekend x Ray receptionist should be paid by the nhs she was either not on the reception desk or spent the entire time on her mobile phone having an extremely long chat , terrible.

After having one if the worst experiences of my life at Watford General Hospital I can say, Mount Vernon Hospital is a great hospital! Very clean, organized, plastic surgery staff was very polite and attendive. Thank you
