We had my father's refianance done with the Mortgage Specialist in Manchester, NH. The agent's name was Steve Gagnon. Not only did we have a great experience, but I needed paperwork that we had lost, 3 years after we did the refinance with them. I spoke to the agent Steve and he went far beyond the call of duty, to make sure that I got what I needed. Getting such a level of great customer service this day in age, is something that is totally forgotten with big corporations. I have recommended numerous friends and family to him and he has been wonderful with everyone. 5 Stars!!
