Always greeted with a friendly smile and "Hello" when I come in to Mindful Bike. Their prices are excellent, they have a great staff who are eager to help, and you can easily ride your bike to the store as it is located off a street (12th) that has a two-way bike lane. How perfect! My favorite neighborhood bike shop.

Shop provides top of the line accessories, great selection of urban bikes and most importantly very helpful staff. Use this place if you are tired of snobby and high tech bike shops ran by weight weenies focused on spending $500 to save 5 grams. The service guys focus on practical solutions and they have earned my business with quick turnarounds. They are also very capable and work on all types, not just pretty cruisers.

These guys care about their customers and want to help you get out and bike. I highly recommend buying and taking your bike here.

Such a great local bike shop! Wonderful customer service and fun, unique selection of bikes and accessories. I hate to see another local shop close, but I know I will be shopping at this gem for the next few months before it's gone.

When I went in, in bad mood because of seemingly wrong-sized tubes, they were patient albeit perhaps mildly annoyed. They showed me what I was doing wrong, didn't charge a cent, and were still friendly. So, I openly admit that I was in the wrong, and they were more than courteous in helping me, despite my attitude.

Brad was awesome in getting us squared away on a new bike. The staff I've talked to in the shop have always been great listeners and seek options to meet your needs. Excellent bike shop, excellent people.

This place was everything a bike repair shop should be. The prices were very reasonable, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the service was very fast and done well. The best part was they were looking for ways to save me money while giving me the best experience instead of trying to oversell like a lot of shops. I would highly recommend this shop no matter where you live. I will definitely be back.

This is a good place to go for a nice town bike or a leather backpack but it lacks even a rudimentary selection of tools for cyclists. Its a fine place for the urban pedal pusher but cyclists may need to go else where for their needs to be met.

The freewheel on my commuter bike was falling apart and my rear tire was disintegrating. I ran over an industrial staple a few blocks from this shop and stopped in right at closing time bad form on my part. They replaced the freewheel AND dug up a manufacturer coupon for the tire. Can you imagine a bike shop going out of their way to give you a discount when you're making them stay late? This is a great shop run by exceptional individuals. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I just recently bought a very well maintained used bike off Craigslist but knew I would need new tires and maybe a tune up. What I love about this place and Keith who was the guy who helped me was how honest they were and didn't insist on me buying a $69.00 tune up just to check out my bike. He looked it over, pointed out an issue with one of my tires, educated me on a few things since I hadn't owned a bike in several years and then only charged me $15.00 to correct the wheel issue and adjust one of the breaks! Love this place! Nothing better than a local business that truly cares about taking care of the customers in a honest manner. Customer for life!

Can't say enough good things about this shop! They take care of you as a customer and make sure your purchase and/or service is done to complete satisfaction. Bought a Linus Gaston as a gift and they patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Keith did a super job of helping me out and was very accommodating to my needs. Again, best bike shop in Denver!

Went in to ask about a small part. . . and the mechanic noticed something unrelated wrong with my bike, and took the time to give me some advice on how to fix it. Very nice guy.

So helpful, knowledgeable about product and talking to me about my bike. Also, best tune I've ever had.
