Can't say enough great things about the girls at The Mews. The space is beautiful and it feels so special when you step into the Loft (it also smells amazing!). They were so kind and gracious throughout the entire process and were so fast to respond to any emails/questions. I was able to find the dress of my dreams here and I'm so glad I did!
I had a wonderful time picking out my wedding dress at The Mews! The space was very welcoming and intimate, and I didn't feel pressured by the people who were helping me as I looked through different dresses/options. The store was also very responsive and accommodating, even with everything happening around COVID. I would highly recommend The Mews to anyone looking for a dress, especially if you are interested in a a more boutique-like/understated experience than what you find at the large bridal shops.
The Mews was the first stop I made when starting my bridal dress shopping experience. As soon as I walked in to the beautiful space I knew it was where I wanted to purchase my dress from. The loft space with the sky lights it was instantly romantic and comfortable. Not having others present during your dress shopping experience was a wonderful touch I didn't even realize one would want until you find yourself in the opposite scenario. Eliza was so patient with me as I came back two additional times to try the dress on. I purchased my dream Rime Arodaky gown and was able to meet Rime herself on the day I purchased my dress. Everything about my experience with the Mews was delightful. They were quick to answer the phone or e mails, they were always polite and informative. On the day I picked up my dress, as excited as I was to get the gown, I was sad to not have a reason to come back to the Mews again.
I had the most lovely experience with The Mews! I had a particular dress in mind from a hard-to-find French designer and the Mews was wonderful in getting me in to shop for gowns. I had a totally private appointment with my mother and Fabienne (from the Mews) who was so knowledgeable and blessed us with some champagne. My dress buying process was seamless and they even stored my dress while we went through some rescheduling (COVID) issues!

Allow me to share some details of my experience. Let s begin with the fact that this was a long anticipated appointment that I could only get on a Friday midday after I ran in traffic from work. I am also 5 2 so it hasn't been easy for me to find a great dress. With the looks of this places and high anticipation I thought I d get a really excited bridal consultant- that didn t happen. As I walked in saying hello she pointed me to the couch without an introduction as she looked at the computer. Consultant lady! Hello! People are looking at expensive dresses for the Most important day of their lives! So as this appointment went on I didn t know her name. Then I looked at dresses, asked questions the consistent had to go to the computer to check all my questions. Then I wanted to see one more dress and she said, We only have enough time left for measurements OR trying on one more dress . Again PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR THEIR BRIDAL GOWN! Also there was NO ONE WAITING BEFORE OR AFTER. Absolutely ridiculous! This is not a sit and sip people we need consultants hands on giving opinions , telling us likes dislikes, what they know about the designer.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Mews. Fabienne was so incredibly helpful. She kept me updated on when the new dresses were coming in and helped me to make appointments to suit my schedule. She was always very accommodating and flexible with appointments. She always gave me plenty of time trying all the dresses and I never felt rushed. I couldn t recommend the Mews enough. The dresses are stunning and the staff are fantastic.
My journey to find a wedding dress wasn't easy. I went to over 15 different shops across 5 different cities - and my experience at the Mews was unlike anything else. Their selection is the best of the best. You won't find any boring sweetheart neckline mermaid gowns here - all of their gowns are elegant, classy, but most importantly different and unique from all the other boring styles at most of the big-name box stores. In addition, their staff is the best. I met Lauren at the studio after getting off a red-eye flight from the west coast, and she helped make my very tired appointment feel so relaxed and welcoming. There was no pressure to buy - her feedback and suggestions were honest. She felt more like a friend than a salesperson. I can't possibly say enough about how wonderful the Mews Bridal is - thank you for helping me find my dream dress!
The Mews Bridal in New York is fantastic. It is a beautiful and classic boutique featuring a select few french designers. They really allow you to enjoy your experience trying on the dresses as there are only 2 brides at a time in the shop. The service is always delightful, Eliza will make you feel very comfortable and she's extremely helpful. I had an amazing time choosing my dress and I would not change anything. I'm thrilled there was a boutique here that carried Rime Arodaky and will cherish the dress forever!
The team here is awesome - I actually ended up buying the first dress I ever tried on here (after trying about 50+ others afterwards). I had a very personal and quality experience, and I received so many compliments on the dress I choose, unique selection. Highly recommend!
