Miss one appointment and they'll report you and talk down to you. Disrespectful staff an horribly inconsistent
Psychiatrists wont tell you the side-effects of addictive drugs they prescribe

I have been going there for years and I love this place. I have progress so much in my life because of the individual attention they heartfully give. Thank you, mental health center , Ashley and Christine my counselor.
Unprofessional. Violate your rights to privacy. Should be shut down.
No hippa law in place. Everything you talk about is not confidential and i have several family members that go to this facility. If i could give zero stars i would. This place is not here to help people.

Just to start I was out for a little do to a medical emergency to what messed my head up and I am still trying to wrap my head around it so with all my different thoughts going on I needed prp however Tamara and Janine did not see it that way I know I did something I shouldn t have but other people has done the same and only got suspended however I get discharged from the prp program it is not like it used to anyway it used to be more structured now before they even start group it is like a 20 minute smoke break people that don t smoke just sit in the prp room I have been with this center for years I might have got discharged from this program and maybe it was the best because if I was having problems Tamara s words were I am in her office more then anyone to the point I was feeling like I was a bother so I would not go talk to her about nothing however that being said you are probably thinking why I stay with them so long and that is because I have one of the best caring therapist ever her name is CHRISTINE EDELL she has helped me in so many ways and not every staff they have is bad I like: Tammy,Angela,Teri,Lynn,Grace,Ashley,and Sara and there are a few others.
Terrible place to deal with. They laugh at you(Janine Reyonds - clincial services DIRECTOR), therapist cancelled on me twice within one month, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone especially in desperate need of treatment!
Been going there for years. Love the staff. Love my therapist. Absolutely nothing wrong with admitting when you need help. Lifes' been hard. Up and down. Adopted, Single parent, etc... And after my son died from cancer 5 years ago, I knew it was time. It helps so much to talk it out. After hours I can even call 211

I first made the call to get help in begining of December, now it s the end of January and I still have yet to meet with anyone or received any sort of mental help. My assigned counselor has canceled on me twice (once without even letting me know my appointment was canceled)and I have yet to even meet her. I feel like at this point I could ve help myself better on my own. Might be the worst place to go if you actually need help mentally.
