Twice we tried the pork back ribs and they are DISCUSTING. Seriously, buy another brand. Money well invest.

The butter chicken is just ridiculous..it's not even close to butter chicken...the roast beef is edible and the pork chops but only if I have no other choice....I really think they need to redo their menu and quality check...sorry really hate giving bad reviews

I bought Lous shaved beef and Lous Beef pot roast I cook them as per the instructions on the packageI made a nice sandwich out of itBut I foundThe beef to be extremely saltyThen I looked on the package and to my amazement on the nutrition label shaved beef showed 26% salt, 9% potassium total 35% salts
The beef pot roast sodium 19% potassium 5% total 24%
That is more than the daily reccomendation. You what are you trying to do kill us so we can't buy your product. Why o why do you need all that salt.

Bought the Double Smoked Back Bacon today. The flavour is good and I would give the product four stars for that but I am disappointed with the zip top bag which does not function properly. I would be happier with less fanciful graphics if the zip top was of better quality and did what it was supposed to which is remain sealed. I can only seal about 3/4 of the way across.

Fix the bags Lou's or you will lose potentially long term loyal customers like myself.

Lou's is not the only manufacturer with this issue. I will go back to my old brand which does not have a zip top bag but I would rather that than a cheap one that frustratingly does not seal.

Worst place to work in Hamilton. And worst meat ever, Unless you enjoy the taste of dirty boots and factory floors. How would I know? I've worked in this hole. Mostly young punks that treat the food like a toilet. Let's face it... it's hard work. Garbage company = garbage product. Enjoy.

I liked that store when it was opened but when more customer started coming the owner behaving rude. He throws the receipt on the counter and no thanks. Some shop owners think that they make customers for life without customer service. I will prefer to go to some other store to buy meat , at least cashier will not throw receipt on counter.

Worst place to deliver load
They take hours to give you there one and only dock.
