Went to see the Joe McKenzie exhibition, which was absolutely brilliant. A visit to the McManus is always a great day out!

Great museum. Covers history of Dundee and also there is a great collection of art as well. Free to get into and worth a visit. Good Covid rules as well.
Only been here twice whilst being in dundee for 2 years. Nice to go in and actually read history about the city and what life was like in the Tay.
One of the museums staff in particular (name sounds like a character out of Lord of the Rings), helped me towards one of the galleries and was just a pleasure to chat to.
I wasnt sure if I was allowed to sit and draw but I didn't let that bother me from just walking and observing.
In regards to COVID, the corkscrew pathway throughout the museum was very simple to follow and sanitary stations placed on occasion are very helpful.
Looking forward to returning!
Lovely visit educational and enjoyable. Covid restrictions well operated also
Good service will definitely return there for coffee and the experience thanks
Fab day out in the centre of Dundee. Fully accessible, multiple floors of exhibits, displays, toilets, shop and cafe on the ground floor, covid safety measures in place. We had a great day out with the family, looking at the history of Dundee and he surroundings, the inventions, the wildlife, the paintings and we even saw a Mummy and sarcophagus! The bronze Oor Wullie is out the front by Queen Victoria, the museum is free and fully staffed with lots of friendly, helpful folk. Easy to get to by bus or walking. Donations welcome. 5*
First visit in over 50 years, was very impressed and brought back lots of memories, especially the Fifies
A spectacular art gallery and museum - I really loved my visit here, and could have spent twice as long exploring its various rooms, if only I'd had more time. The exhibitions are well-labelled and generally hold your interest, especially the nature displays. The art galleries are stacked high with beautiful pictures. I felt my heart grow bigger here.

The V&A gets all the glory in Dundee but for me this is a much more rewarding museum to visit. Some really interesting collections and displays
