Mr. John Fitzgerald had to help me fix items that were left unaddressed by Mr. McIver. I do not recommend him. He is not a strong advocate for his clients.

Very, very, very unprofessional...failed to uphold any of the the duties he his governed to uphold....made promise he couldn't keep...couldn't get me to a 7 mile doctor's appointment...had me waiting on an imaginary cab...no lie...never responded to calls, text or email in a timely or professional fashion. Then he inconvenienced me after having the case, me and the insurance company in limbo for 2 months....terrible service...ineffective assistance.
