The booking process was efficient and I appreciated the reminder emails. The waiting time at the practice was reasonable, but the staff seemed a bit disinterested and lacked warmth. The consultation with the doctor was okay, although they didn't seem very attentive to my concerns. One positive aspect was that they provided detailed explanations about the treatment options available. Unfortunately, the follow-up care was not up to par. Even though the treatment was successful, I felt that the staff could have been more attentive and responsive. Overall, an average experience – not exceptional, but not terrible either. 😐
