My MAC screen was damaged. Apple store tried to sell me more equipment. I called the MAC store and received a voicemail within 1 day. Mr. Paul was professional in all interactions and service. John Paul is very knowledgeable about apple products and has the customer s best interest in his mind (unlike Apple). He fixed my MacBook with less than 1/3 of the Apple quoted price and more importantly he provides full transparency about your case. I would recommend John s Mac shop for everyone.
I had no idea this place existed! I had an issue with my trackpad and needed my computer fixed within the week because I was about to start online school. I emailed on a Friday and within THREE minutes Jean Paul responded and said I could bring my computer anytime really. I brought it in on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up the following night. I met John Paul today for the first time. We spoke about our hobbies with older mac's and he just so happened to have just the old mac laptop i was looking for! His business is clean and professional defiantly recommend this business.
I brought in 2 Mid-2012 MacBook Pros and asked for the RAM and hard drives to be updated on a Friday. John Paul got it done by 12:00 the next day! One of the MacBooks had an X key missing, and he replaced that too, even though I forgot to mention it. It wasn t very expensive either. My family has been going there for ages, and I recommend to anyone with a Mac problem that Apple won t cover!!!
First timer here, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised! John is so helpful it made all the difference in my experience. He had my laptop diagnosed within the first 10 minutes of showing up and he fixed it within a day. But he didn't stop at just fixing my faulty Wifi Cable, he updated the software AND offered to stay late so I could come right from work to pick it up. I'll definitely be back (:
I brought my 2012 Macbook Pro to the Mac Shop. My computer was basically not functioning. John clearly explained what needed to be replaced and was clear on the cost for each part and labor. I picked it up the following day, and it is working like a brand new computer. I could not be more pleased.
You will not find a more expert, professional, and personal service for your Mac issues anywhere! I gladly take the one hour drive to their location for service. The prices and turn around time are great! The Mac store is my "Go to" from here on.
