Pretty good little dive bar!

I moved to the area recently and am in the process of looking for a local watering hole to frequent. I swung by Longboard and was not disappointed.

The food, drink and ambiance was nothing special. It also was lacking a "theme" BUT it is close to where I live and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

overall, if they could establish a more concrete "theme" and improve the food (albeit I only had wings and a burger) this might be a special place.

Until then, it is absolutely on my radar and worth a shot if you are in the area and you value cold beer and nice people.

Very well kept and convenient spot. They serve big meals and for economical rates. I loved the food a lot and the waiters were super amiable and informative. I recommend this place.

We love going out. Last night we arrived in this superb restaurant which we didn t know before. We enjoyed a delightful evening there with high-qulity dishes and a well-trained crew and a great cuisine. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we will definitely return very soon. We highly recommend.

Great atmosphere prime rib Fridays. Daily dinner specials love the rib Thursdays. Weekend mimosas casual dinning with local crowd.

We were celebrating my Mom's birthday who loves and has fond memories of going here for Oktoberfest. My parents meals were good, they ate everything and no doggie bag . Unfortunately, I ordered the cajun shrimp and the juice the shrimp sat in smelled like soy, little or no cajun seasoning at all. Albeit, being skeptical about the presentation, I tried one shrimp anyway and it was horrible-full of salt . I immediately advised our server and she removed it from the bill . So, I ate a caesar salad and the garlic bread that came with the shrimp.

This place has first-rate service as well as yummy food. One of my favourite restaurants in town. The meals came out quick and the prices were inexpensive. Recommended.

It was okay food. I may have chosen poorly. I would eat there again. The wings were darn good though. I'll give them that for sure. My biggest disappointment was the service. 15 minutes could easily go by without seeing the person waiting on my table. She was nice when you could finally get her attention, but perhaps entirely too busy the amount of tables she was serving because once the food was dropped off, that was it. Personally I think it good practice to return to the table at least once shortly after serving the food just to make sure everything is just right. In my case I ran out of water immediately after I was served having drank it waiting for the meal. So the person I was with offered me hers because she insisted but I kinda think too if I were a waiter I'd naturally take note of something like that if I served tables. But whatever. No worries. Sometimes things don't go a smoothly as we'd like. They were probably short staffed. It was rather busy when we arrived.

This place is on its last week of lobster fest! $25 for 2 Maine lobster that is a good deal especially for lobster lovers out there. There is a $3 additional fee if that is all you two are getting to split. Which is not that bad. The place is located in a small plaza, definitely not near the ocean since that was what we were expecting. It is a pub so has a cool bar feel, very laid back. Went Friday for lunch and it does get packed with local workers coming out for lunch. We did get the lobster deal in addition the hot and cheesy lobster roll. Which is delicious! Would go back for the lobster roll!
