Very disappointing recent experience with the company. False advertising and unreliable customer service
I went to Sophia Webster sale event in store and found out that I was given only 45 min time slot that would include all their usual procedures( check in, wardrobe,etc). It was a rush for me and quick sales for them topped up with a lot of hassle where you can try the shoes on, yes it was mainly shoes. By the way, I am not sure about the compliance with COVID rules regarding trying on shoes. Everything was a big mess and rush for the cash in the end, not to mention about herd of cattle treatment approaching the end of the time slot.
I had previous customer service experience and it was ok but if something gets wrong, just forget about it. You cannot get an exchange or refund even for faulty goods. Ridiculous.
What does this company rely on?! Low-involvement customers?

I regularly attend the sample sales run by showcase. Customer service is always excellent and they always have a great selection from top designers at the best prices. I've recently shopped online with them and again it was a really good shopping experience which was made even better by the lovely Emily who very kindly amended my order without any fuss.
