I agree with the first review. ABSOLUTE TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. They DO NOT return calls. They have set up Disposition court dates that got rescheduled w/o notifying me. Lost time at work due to their negligence to reach out to me to tell me about the new court date. Several different people works on the case , EVERYTIME I called, it was someone new working on my case and the previous person that was working on it no longer works there. Wow. So then I had to refresh the case with several different people who knew NOTHING about my case. They do not fight for you. They will not even fight for the settlement that you were offered. .I can go on and on. But PLEASE do not make the same mistake I did by trusting that this company would be in my best interest.... I wish I could post w/o using ANY stars...SMH

This Law Firm by all means is by far the worst Law Firm I have dealt with in my Life!!!! My kids father was in a accident and was very hurt before he passed away. This was the law firm that he has chose before his death and I was not made aware that they changed my attorney then to top that off the owner I finally talked to was so rude to me I stated why wasn t I aware of the change and he said to me what difference does it make if we told u or not on top of being rude to me about giving me a copy of my case file. I have not talk to no lawyer they do not return phone calls they do not do what they say they are going to do. So if I could give this Law Firm a 0 I definitely would without hesitation. I have never been treated like this from a lawyer especially knowing the kids father has passed away and everything goes to his children. So I would not tell anyone to go to this law firm the lawyers quit without telling you they talk to you with disrespect. The receptionist has more respect and professionalism about herself than the lawyers!!! STAY AWAY

They will not respond to calls or messages, they constantly dodge clients. They don't care about you, nor your case, please do not make the mistake I did!!!! The first time I came to office I meet Cherie lobb and her father Mr. Lobb and they were very nice and addressed all my concerns regarding my case. They put Dan on my case an attorney who works for the firm and he was great. He always made sure I was prepared for deposition and court dates. They have great paralegals like Gina who always would return my calls and answer all my questions. As soon as you walk in office they have a very nice and friendly secretary named Ouida who always points you in the right direction. I have reffered family and friends in car accidents to this firm and they took care of them as well. Other lawyers didn't even want to take one of my friends case but lobb law firm did and got my friend some money. He still thanks me to this day.
