4.5 Stars. Great products, but a bit difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone to update the shipping info on my order.

Have been purchasing my restaurants products from this company for years. At first things were a bit shaky, but since then and even during covid, they have improved dramatically. 5 stars, love their products for my bakery

Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Have a broken ice maker from maxx-ice. No help. No return. Nobody answers emails. Waiting around on the phone for hours. Who is running this place????

I run a vegan health sandwich/wrap restaurant. Bought a few of the Maxx Cold sandwich prep tables for my kitchen and couldn't be happier. Great product, very versatile and all in one. Doubles as a bottom refrigerator and a table-top prep for making sandwiches/food. The top condiment trays are also refrigerated keeping everything fresh and cold.

Bought a Yonanas soft serve machine. Great healthy alternative than going out for ice cream. Much easier to use than expected

nice equipment across the foodservice sector. Able to get most of my necessary products from one place.

Decided to go with the zeroll scoopers, and they work great for my restaurants. Simple yet work flawlessly, couldn't ask for better. The handle conducts body heat and "melts" through the ice cream as you scoop, making it scoop easily. For a frozen dessert business these are a MUST!

This company that has ZERO level service - good luck trying to get someone to even answer the phone.
