The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts Review

I have visited Leela 4 to 5 times. The property is quite big, rooms are well equipped and spacious with all amenities from mini bar, study table, foot rest, weighing machine, electric shaver etc. Room service is great. They provide complimentary fruits everyday in request. The dinner buffet in the restaurant is pretty good having a. Wide variety of salads , breads and desserts. There is usually a kebab of the day too available on request to server/chef. The staff hospitality is good and are always courteous. It will be a good experience spending a weekend or a few days at Leela.

Awesome place. The ambience is breathtaking. Best for businee meetings, romantic meetings, experiences. Very near to International Airport.

I was here to attend a business meeting here, the staff was cooperative and listen to everyone's need. The hospitality was the best. The only thing they can work on is food. Everything else is awesome.

Breakfast not so fresh all preservative items.Stricly ok

Nice place you can enjoy the soothing relaxing hospitality of the hotel make you comfort and luxury a priority where you will enjoy yourself the best the ambience for the hotel entrance would make u feel like a palace of jaipur jodhpur where as you would get the ambience food hospitality at best

Ambience is good but the food served at the venue is not very great. Specifically wedding catering is not up to the mark.

Beautiful hotel with excellent food options. However, be careful if you have children with you because women at the pool may be topless.

Everything's great apart from the fact that they charge for WIFI

Very nice hotel close to the airport. The service at the restaurants is awful and pricing is astronomic.

The hotel cancelled my booking (which I had done around a month ago) at the last moment without informing me.. was stranded in mumbai with my family.. very unprofessional behavior for a supposedly premium hotel..

Extremely fabulous and elegant..Chicness at its best...Nit many like Leela around. On of the few hotels which epitomise luxury and indian hospitality. The restaurants could so better though. Rooms and service are good..Little more friendliness will help

It is a very nice and well-kept hotel, with three restaurants inside, with three types of different cuisines.

They really need to improve on customer service. The worst of all floor manager demands 5* nothing less

5 stars for a 5 star hotel! Stayed here for a month and I completely loved this place. Has Gym, spa, swimming pool etc.

Amazing place...lovely ambience but dint like the food. Although food was sponsored but am not sure if it belongs to The Leela kitchen only.

It is a very luxurious hotel. The service is perfect and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast and restaurant meals are very good. Next time I go to Mumbai, I want to stay at The Leela again.

The rooms are very cosy and probably one of the best sound proofed ones I have come across. The rooms ooze of warmth. Yoga mat in the room is a very good thought. It could get crowded during breakfast and one may be kept waiting for a while. But it's worth it. South Indian spread is quite authentic. Closer to International airport and many business centres. Ideal for business and pleasure.

One of the best hotels in Mumbai. Very near to airport. Great hospitality. Very clean and beautiful rooms with great view..
