The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts Review

Attended a symposium . Lovely ambience . Good sitting arrangements. Tasty food. Good courteous staff. Overall good experience.

Well as everyone mentioned in their review, the hotel is very close to Mumbai T2 airport and closer to other star hotel. Ideal for corporate conference and expat stay. Coming to my personal review on Leela Mumbai - I stayed two days this week in this hotel and my personal feedback is very good in terms of interior design and accessible to business centre. Not OK feedback on Food 1) first day night I ordered Dosa and appam. To my surprise no side dish provided along with those items i.e. not even normal chutney or sambar? Why? Then I need to order dish separately with the cost of 4X. Morning breakfast (south Indian dish) no hot serve at all. Chutney was so so cold, Sambar and Pongal was not hot. Not much variety on South Indian side. I gave my feedback on spot but not sure will they improve in future or not?

Furniture and carpets of the rooms are of bad taste.. Food quality was not worth the price.

Nice location and the structure is very good from outside. Many cooperates are located in the building.

Visited the Leela, Mumbai for a wedding. It's one of the best places I've visited for a social event in India. Staff are extra kind and the service and hospitality is top notch. The ambience is also extremely beautiful

Great service, kindly personal, good food, beautiful pool area and entrance floor. The rooms are clean and ok. Equipment in the rooms like sink a little bit worn and outdated.

Had a lunch buffet. Food was good but less variety was provided in the buffet by the organising committee.

Visited the coffee shop on the ground floor in the open air. Nice and cosy place for a relaxed evening. Friendly and unobtrusive service. Good place to spend a lazy afternoon , evening . Good place to meet your friends or business associates.

Beautiful ballroom, clean and tidy interiors. Had the chance of attending a book launch which was to happen here at the grand ballroom.
The hall was so well maintained that it looked pristine.
