We have a wonderful stay here. The staff is very decent and helpful. The services and the food are the things to look for. We had dinner and breakfast at Spectra, the place is amazing. Must try. I will add a review for Spectra.
Traveled in Feb. The service, food and staff are really good and on par with most 5 star luxury brands.
However, my biggest disappointment during the stay was that the pool was not heated, even though it apparently had the option to be. Trident and Oberoi next door have heated pools, as do most hotels of similar stature. However, I'd really want to know why it is not so in a cold month in Northern India. Is it a sly way of denying guests access to the pool during a pandemic. If that is the case then just shut it. Why would you torment your guests with a candy they cannot have.

The most appealing thing about the hotel is staff. They are so caring and concerned. Ready to help you and very courteous. The coffee shop's breakfast is nice. They have good varieties of items available for buffet. And Yes, especially the morning tea you get here at Spectra is prepared on gas stove.
Top Class service, Exactly what you will expect from Leela. The service is literally awesome, you ask for it and They will get it for you. The Spectra food-lounge is grand and the taste is awesome. Both quality and quantity here is great. Staycations are running during Covid.

Great food and Amazingly touching Hospitality.... these two virtues of this beautiful property make it a place meant to be exploited to the fullest.
The food has both, taste and variety. Be it Lebanese, Moroccan or other Middle East cuisines or the Japanese, Chinese, Italian.....absolutely NONE of the preparations were even a little bit out on taste....everything has got the perfect taste and blend of flavours (thanks to the great team of very qualified chefs and their enthusiastic team!!). The Indian cuisine too is satisfying and satiating.
Hospitality at its top notch!! Irrespective of the job at their hands and their seniority.....hospitality is thee word for the staff of Leela......really impressed!!

The reception staff immediately gifted my daughter a gift of chocolate as soon as they noticed that she did not enjoy the welcome drink. I really liked small small gestures that made my experience awesome.
The only missing thing was a playzone for kids
