Unfortunate that I was in an accident and needed representation but very fortunate to have met Caroline and Amy at John Day Law!! These ladies handled my case with amazing detail and were very prompt in handling all of my request. They made the very detailed process very simple for me and I would highly recommend them both!

I highly recommend the Law Offices of John Day for any of your injury litigation needs. The staff that I worked with, Caroline and Amy, were always very professional, communicative, took the time to explain the process, and reached a positive resolution on my behalf. Weirdest experience ever- the lawyer there was scattered and hard to reach. What should've been an easier experience, became a more complicated mess. If you want to wait over a month for your settlement check to be mailed by the pony express and handled by the oldest banking policy among law firms, then this firm is for you. If you are an 80-year-old man then call this law firm immediately, but if you are younger than 80, try Morgan and Morgan- they do business in this day and age with the latest technology.

Hit by a distracted driver, injuries plus vehicle totaled. Case complicated, Allstate Insurance failed to make a timely payment, resulting in VUMC placing a lien against me. Caroline, Rachel, office staff worked with VUMC, VUMC Legal Department, Medicare, Allstate Insurance, State Farms Insurance and Davidson County Courts to resolve and finalize my case.
I am very thankful for the help and support I received from the John Day Law Practice.

Our son was involved in a wreck on his way to work and suffered a Level 1 Traumatic Brain Injury. Our son's employer recommended the law firm of John Day. John took the initiative and drove over 100 miles to meet with us while our son was still recovering in the Neuro ICU unit.
