Our printer wouldn't connect to the computer, therefore we couldn't print anything. Jake reworked the connect by hardqwiring the printer. he also adjusted several items for me on my sing-in page. All work was done effectively and efficiently.

We had Jake at PC Projects look at out tower and my wife's laptop because they were both beginning to loose functions. Jake came back and gave us an honest opinion of what was going on and suggested replacing both the tower and her laptop with new equipment as both drives were going out along with additional issues. So we did and could not be happier with the result. He provided us with a high quality laptop which exactly fit our needs, copied files from both the old laptop and tower onto my wife's new laptop and provided us with high security to protect our new investment.
