Jake has knowledge, experience , and expertise required to handle any and yes I said ANY computer problem that is out there. He is prompt, courteous, and his rates are very reasonable when you consider the amount of years of experience he has. I give Jake & PC Projects a true 5-STAR rating, and would NOT Hesitate to refer him for any residential, commercial or industrial computer issue out there. Weather you need a new system....because Jake built mine.....and it is the best....or maybe just need a tune-up on yours Jake is the guy you want. Honestly can't say enough good about Jake, but let me use the most appropriate adjectives to describe him and his work....he is a highly skilled techs tech, but speaks on a level anyone can grasp. So, what do your do with your old laptop and even older tower and you still want everything stored on both? You go to magic man Jake and have him give you the best and most honest advice. I have a new laptop, which I really love, and is really fast, and all of my writings, speeches, teachings and devotionals from years past are now on my new laptop. He recommended a new security program and I feel more secure. I knew Jake from two other highly satisfied customers and just knew that he would be the one to help me get it all together again.

Our printer wouldn't connect to the computer, therefore we couldn't print anything. Jake reworked the connect by hardqwiring the printer. he also adjusted several items for me on my sing-in page. All work was done effectively and efficiently.

We had Jake at PC Projects look at out tower and my wife's laptop because they were both beginning to loose functions. Jake came back and gave us an honest opinion of what was going on and suggested replacing both the tower and her laptop with new equipment as both drives were going out along with additional issues. So we did and could not be happier with the result. He provided us with a high quality laptop which exactly fit our needs, copied files from both the old laptop and
tower onto my wife's new laptop and provided us with high security to protect our new investment.

I have used PC Projects Tec services 3 or 4 times since I started my company in 2011. He has always been very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. He has always made himself available to me when it was most convenient for me. My company uses specific appraisal software. Jake has been able to navigate this software with ease, and coordinate with its software Tec s to fix or set-up complex software functions. He is also very knowledgeable with business domains.

In the last year, my company s main computer died. Jake came at a moment s notice. He was very reassuring in recovering the lost data. He advised how to upgrade my system, and what to buy. Because of Jake, I only lost a single business day of productivity.
