Last year we hired The Laurel Group to redesign our back yard because they Seemed to have a good reputation. Scott came to our home and showed us a few designs that was way over the top for the size of our property. We finally set on a design and price. All was ok until it was time to start.

They were weeks behind schedule and the supervisor had a plan different than what we agreed on. When we when questioned him he gave us an attitude and continued to do it his way. The green giants they planted looked like Charlie Brown trees. When we ask for better looking trees we received more attitude. It took several calls to the office to get them replaced. Even Scott had an attitude when we asked him to repair the areas his workers damaged during the construction. We were expecting our yard to look a little presentable for the amount of money they received. The end result, very disappointed. I could have done a better job myself.

Project started over a month later than was communicated which halted and spoiled plans for graduation parties and family reunions. Plants and trees were a fraction of the size we anticipated. All trees needed to be replanted as they were turning brown and became a ghastly sight. Staff was not receptive and unpleasant to deal with as these issues arose. We ultimately hired another company to correct the odd layout of perennials and plantings which made for an overall poor design. So disappointed.
