Customer service was quick and spot on when needing info on a medical issue.

The consultant William Carr was super rude and asked me "you called us so what do you want" not really what I hoped for in this trying time. I got no help after because he completed my call as if he gave me help. Which he didn't. So no one else could help but they would send it to corporate. Why are the American people panicked? Wow I can't imagine why.

HealthJoy is amazing. I've performed a couple provider searches, and the HealthJoy team is always able to find me the best options at the lowest price. Saves me so much time!

Love this service! As a working mom it's rough when my daughter gets sick to juggle a doc appt and work. I was able to talk remotely to a doctor about her sore/puffy eye in 8 minutes! He called in an antibiotic cream ASAP and HealthJoy sent the information to her pediatrician so her doctor knew what was going on. Holy cow! My pharmacy even texted me when the meds were ready. This was the MOST efficient use of time. Mom win.

The ability to talk to a doctor 24/7 for minor issues has SAVED me. It's so easy & effortless to use. P.S...love the convenience of having all my benefit cards in one place!

The services was really fast and beyond what I expected. I thought I would receive instructions for app use to set up another user. Instead, they did all the work for me. Exceptional!

Stay away from this app! They hacked my contacts and emailed everybody saying I recommended that they use this program. I ve never once used this app, nor have I gone to their website! This is a pure scam that illegally accessed my contacts to spread their garbage!!!!
