Wish this place existed in vancouver when I was back in a highschool band

The staff at this place of business were absolutely unprofessional and downright rude to my son. As a part of a band (that has previously rented from them before), he went to rent a keyboard as they were playing that night. They refused to lend him the keyboard, saying that he did not have the appropriate documents and when he returned with what he could generate as he is in residence and doesn't have a permanent address, they still refused to give him the keyboard and as a result, my son was not able to play with his band. I was appalled when I heard this and we will not be coming back to Joe's Mill in the future.

Music lending library catering for learners and established musicians. Worth a look if you live in the Kingston area

Lost my card and could not get it easily renewed. I had to apparently come back in another day with all my documents. For some reason the fact that I had my drivers license with me was not enough. Incredibly frustrating and archaic.

Borrow musical instruments for a month for free, nuff said.
