Wow! What a beautiful hotel. Staff is excellent. This is a historic building with rich history throughout the entire place. Parking is convenient. High end Dining is available. All of the services you would expect at a 5-star hotel are here. This is a great place for a date, day trip, and vacationing.

Beautiful place. The food is excellent and the rooms are immaculate. This was a very comfortable stay by far the best hotel experience of had in the United States.

Decent location just south of Belvidere. Convenient parking lot across the street. Beautifully decorated for the holidays with a two story tree. Always a good experience at the hotel. Attended a holiday party at Lemaire. The food and service was exemplary as always.

Service and food were phenomenal. We had a Birthday Sunday Brunch this past weekend. All I can say is we'll be back soon!

The staff was courteous. They were willing to answer any questions we had about location of needed services or about the artifacts in the facility. The dining staff was extremely inviting and kept our refreshments filled at all times - meaning they paid attention to their guests versus allowing the guests to run out of basic dining needs. The hotel was beautifully appointed and had impressive historical context. We visited during breakfast and the food was well-seasoned, had great texture and a good variety. Great visit and I will be back to experience a night at The Jefferson.

The Jefferson is a gorgeous hotel with incredibly attentive staff. They pay attention to every detail and make sure your stay is perfect.

The Jefferson hotel is a beautiful and elegant landmark, located in the heart of the city of Richmond, close to almost all the attraction that the city has to offer. The hotel is astonishing by itself. It is well maintained, clean and the costumer service average not the best not the worse just okay.

Came for after hour relax spot after countless hours with study group. Friendly staff, excellent atmosphere and great service.

I attended a professional event in the Grand Ballroom, and the hotel provided breakfast. All of the rooms that I saw were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff members were all friendly.

Very nice historic building with amazing bathrooms. Had lunch at restaurant was a quiet and intimate setting good to discuss work or have an interview. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable.

An elegant beaux arts building, not to be missed for the architecture alone. The restaurants are exceptional, with memorable food served elegantly. It has been many years since we stayed in the rooms, since we live within a two hour drive, but the last time we did, the rooms, too, were delightful. This is well worth a trip just to see it and have lunch or dinner, and stay over if you can. We always have a meal here when our travels take us near Richmond.

We took our grandchildren to see the Christmas tree and the gingerbread house. Of course it was Beautiful as it always is. The decorations were awesome. The Jefferson Hotel is the Best Hotel in Richmond and one of the Best Hotels in the country. The children loved it and we took many great pictures. Of course we took our children there for many years and now our grandchildren. WE WILL BE BACK!! Its not to be missed!

This is a grand place to stay or host your next event. It doesn't get much better and easy to get in and out of.

The first person to say hello (valet) and the last person to say goodbye (valet) were top notch. So was the porter. We were less impressed with the bar service. The wait staff at our dinner - and Chef Bundy's food - was phenomenal.

Went for a networking event and was met with wonderful professional staff. Great atmosphere for dinner, cocktail hour, or other professional events.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff! The indoor swimming pool is very relaxing, and it is nice to have a fitness center here! The rooms are all very up to date regarding features, such as buttons that can signal housekeeping when to come and when not to, a button near the door to turn all lights off when you leave, as well as, bizarrely enough, a tv in the mirror of the bathroom! The Hotel still has a very victorian elegance to it, particularly in the enterance and rotunda, which are both very ornatelty decorated. The hotel also has 2 very lovely restaurants as well as a spa which i did not have the chance to go to.

Our server, Jared, is an asset to the Jefferson. He gave us his complete attention and made us feel like we were the only people in the establishment.

Went to tour for hotel rooms and the women who gave us the tour was really snooty. Not using this place. There are better places around like the Quirk Hotel or the Graduate

The food and drinks were good. It was busy for the holidays because their decorations are amazing!! It was also a little pricey.

Fantastic, old school, romantic, historical, yuge, classic 19th century build with modern amenities. Highly recommended for weekend get away with your better half. Will absolutely be returning in the near future.

As always, our group's annual Sunday afternoon tea at The Jefferson Hotel was memorable. The teas were brewed properly, and the sandwiches, petit fours, scones and cookies were deliciously filling. A perfect way to catch up with friends in a beautiful setting!

Amazing building and beautiful sites. A great place to visit.

We went to tea at the Jefferson. The sandwiches and goodies were amazing. ( I would give them 5 stars). The ambiance was not up to par. There was a clown, an older unkept overweight man in tattered jeans held up by suspenders making balloon animals for whomever he could get to notice him. I did not think this fit into the theme of the Jefferson. It felt like he was panhandling. This may sound snobbish but it just did not seem like the right place. Also we were sitting in the lobby, it would have been nice to be in a more quiet place with some quartet music in the background. I hope the Jefferson reads this and make some changes.

The gorgeous lobby and exterior aren t the only amazing thing about this iconic historic landmark. It s also got some of the nicest staff of any hotel I ve ever visited.

Service is tops. Merdis (gift shop) is a treasure. Accommodations are luxurious. In the best sense, Jefferson recalls Stately Privilege.

Fantastic, elegant and good food and drinks surprisingly decent prices.
