Went multiple times and paid $273.99 out of pocket (my yearly deductible is $250.00). I receive a bill and realize they weren't running my secondary insurance. I called their billing department and explained the mix-up. The lady said "I'll take care of it." Next thing I know, I am receiving a subpeona being sued for $209.18. Their billing department is completely useless!

I ve visited this location twice now. I feel it s a very organized place. And I appreciate the online check-in, in advance of my visit. I see Dr. Ahmed who is a fantastic person and doctor. Her nurse is also very kind and considerate. The reception staff and the Lab staff are also very professional and friendly.

Not professional, incorrect billing, bad customer service, not sufficient trained personnel.
if you have to stop by, check your insurance VERY careful before step in or ending up with $75-100 EXTRA charged. I have multiple issues with this clinic including billing issues, incorrect guidance/information from staff, rude staff answering phone and blocking my numbers. I have no comment on the doctors/practitioners' skills because I see them as normal/average without anything outstanding enough to overcome the unprofessional from the other staffs.

I visited this clinic in late August, I was in the area due to evacuation from hurricane Ida. I waited for over 3 hours, then saw the doctor and I had a broken bone in my ankle. I have excellent insurance, BCBS through my employer. Over a month later I am receiving bills from this place, both in mail and text. I called them yesterday and waited in a queue to speak to the billing department. The invoice I received said that I owed $25. Once the person answered the phone she doubled the amount I owed to $50. They do not apply the copay made when service was rendered, that is simply extra payment to them, perhaps. I just received a text from them today stating that I owe more money. I strongly suspect that this place is scamming people, they take the insurance pay out and then start hounding you in every way possible to pay additional money. The person that I spoke with the billing department was both rude and antagonistic ,I guess you are not allowed to even inquire about why they are billing you, you are suppose to pay what ever they tell you, when they tell you and how much they tell you and keep your mouth shut. I have never seen anything like this place, aggressively extracting money from people by all means possible.
