Excellent provide for multi layered human services for homeless individuals and families with complex needs.

They kick you, babies, pregnant women, elders, the disabled and children out at 6am in the morning everyday and don't let you back inside until 630 pm. Nothing is open that early and most people hang out the filthy entrance until it opens back up for night entry. There is no computer lab or resources to help you get out of your situation. They do not let you charge your phone or laptop upstairs in the dorm which makes no sense on how are we supposed to go online to look for housing. Infested with bed bugs. If you have no choice but to stay here buy tea tree or eucalyptus oil and put it all over your body so you won't get bit. I felt trapped in there. It feels like prison. I could not sleep because staff walks up and down the halls with flashlights and keys making noise. Doors opening and closing all night long and then they kick you out at 6am. Most people in there have mental issues and if you stay there long enough you'll begin to feel like you are losing your mind too. I do appreciate having a roof over my head I stayed there for three days with my two children who got bit by bed bugs. If you believe in energy and paranormal stuff stay away from here. The energy that roams the old building is very negative and if you have to stay here try to ignore it for your own protection. I heard voices the first night I stayed there and I've been sober for almost a year. The negative energy in there is an accumulation of years of insane people's energy and that negative vibe welcomes you to feel trapped in there. Don't give in to that energy. Keep your frequency high and positive so it cannot penetrate your field. The bed bugs will never go away because a lot of the people who stay there are too mental to shower. They do keep the temperature cool inside in the dorms. I must say that if you are an addict do not come here you will get lost in the neighborhood ways. If you have to stay here I repeat do not relapse! stay strong and be your own proactive advocate. Get yourself out of there ASAP.

IHSWomen's Shelter is the worst place for homeless single women and families!!!
They have BEDBUGS jumping from bed to bed that they treat with diluted vinegar and water!!! Which doesnt work since they jump from bed to bed!!!
Residents have to purchase their own bed bug dpray!!!

They are awesome! My housing voucher is here and I'll have a home soon thanks to them!

This place is heaven to a homeless man. Three meals a day served every day of the year. Awesome thrift store on the corner and a nice shopping plaza across the street. Not far to movie theater, and walking distance of many several other destinations. Truely a gift, a blessing for all. Be carefull when you are looking for heart, because you are looking right at it here!

Seems to be a great place, their hearts are in the right place and they really care about the situation that some of the homeless find themselves in. Clean facilities caring staff and both shelters have medical clinics right on sight A+ in my book for that being an exfirefighter & Emt I like seeing something like this.
