This is an extremely nice hotel that is convenient to everything the area has to offer. The staff are very friendly and COVID precautions are being taken. The room itself was enormous and quiet, despite its proximity to the main road in town.
Loved it! Very clean, modern, and quiet. The staff at the front desk work quickly and efficiently getting everyone signed in. The cleaning staff do an awesome job and one even saved me a trip to the front desk by letting me in my room (after verifying my identity). I would highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites in Senaca.
While no complaints with clean room, patio, and to-go hot breakfast, it took over five calls to the hotel hoping to recover my rain coat and gloves left in the room s coat closet. After finally reaching the housekeeping manager and hotel manager, no luck - reflecting poorly on the hotel s integrity, as a housekeeping staff member must have stolen the items. Don t make the mistake, like me, of leaving anything valuable behind.
Hotel was comfortable and convenient. Front desk staff representative was very courteous and was wearing a facemask. Some noise from the highway, but we had a restful night.

Enjoyed our visit - great customer service with checking in and out - breakfast and breakfast service was disappointing. We have had much better at your hotels. Thank you for the clean room. We plan on staying again when visiting my family.
Checking in Monday 9-28 around 4pm front desk very unprofessional, I was asked "you got a credit Card" really not hello or do you have a reservation.
TV stopped working Monday night called down and was told nothing we can do upon leaving for work the next day I asked front desk to have tv repaired to come back Tuesday evening with nothing done called down and again so sorry, do not stay here go to Best Western.
I travel weekly and never have seen such poor handling of personal not knowing what they are doing or how to resolve anything.

Great as usual, the front desk staff has always been amazing when we visit. The room was clean and very comfortable.
