Great Company! An honest company to do business with:)

I spoke with a very friendly person named Luz. She provided a better explanation of the product I was interested in purchasing and efficiently took my order. I am very pleased and will be ordering again in the future.

Please read this before you buy a machine. I was at the Chicago beauty and esthics show and I took the class to learn about hydra facial and the class was not a class to learn but to sell. I did not learn how it works or anything of meaning. Just a heartless sales pitch. So first impression was very bad but I am the type of person who gives second chances. I go to the big fancy display and attempt to speak to a few people With no success. I try to get a hydra facial and four times I was sent away to come back later. The last time I was pissed. I am not good enough to speak to or even take a check from to buy the machine. Rude and reluctant to give me one. Why would I buy this machine!!!? I can t even try it. Disrespect me four tines??? No, it ends out being five. I wrote a message on their Facebook page and I received another sales pitch and a fake sorry. It was not I m sorry it was send us your DM so we can talk to them and sell you Stupid, I m writing the check. I am the BOSS! Do not buy from this money grubbing heartless company who can t even fake caring. Over priced, ignorant company who has pissed of the wrong broad that plans on letting everyone know that 5 chances I gave them to be slapped in the face over and over!!!!! Screw off because I m buying the competition.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They use threat tactics from attorneys to force existing customers, like myself, to sign a contract. Then put your account on hold and refuse to sell parts until it is signed. This is an illegal practice, unethical and absolutely poor customer service.
The picture shows the poor quality of the hand pieces that break every 9-12 months. Find another manufacturer if you're looking to offer this type of service.

Horrible CHRO lead by a micromanaging ,ego driven nag Deborah Rodriguez. I do not recommend working for this company.

Horrible lady Arlynn should no longer work there! She s rude and inappropriate, don t even know how she hasn t been reported already. I guess I m not the first person due to the last negative response but will take more action and report this company to the Better Business Bereau
