The Hookah NOLA Review

The hookah was OK. The staff was helpful when they were actually around but for the most part they were socializing amongst themselves or taking a break. Could just be my preference but I would like for my waitress or waiter to know a good amount about shisha including brands instead of just knowing flavors.

It wasn't a bad experience but for $87, it could have definitely been better. Thats including: A Jameson, 1French 75, 1 hookah, one refill, tea and an order of wings.

They get all 5 stars from me loved everything about the place professional helpful and kept service all night

Stays open late. It has food, drinks, wifi, and hookah. Staff is always friendly. Some vegan options. Baba ganoush, smoothies, and salad dressing have dairy. It gets crowded and busy some nights but generally a nice spot.

This is a cool down to earth spot. I love how it's open during the day. I also love the windows on the front of this establishment with all the natural light. There is parking on the street and behind the bar as well. The service was kinda slow the 2x I went but hey I did come to relax and just chill. Free entry at least during the day, so I really can't speak about the night scene. The wings taste amazing.

Weekends are crowded, so it's best to get early. Great food. Atmosphere is amazing. Love it

My family and I visited here 5/5 the service was horrible! The food had no taste and he had to go and find the waitress to pay her we never got asked did we need help and when we did she had a nasty attitude I was so disappointed because between my husband and I and our group of friends all together we spent at least $500+. I do not recommend this place at all!!

Dope vibe... A sweet laid-back spot for friends or couples.

My favorite hookah lounge in NOLA!! Used to live here 10 years ago and was around when they first opened! So happy they now serve during the daytime. Great place to chill and read or socialize with friends. Every time I visit I need to come here!

Rahid was very knowledgeable.
Sadly, when I returned to buy the hookah, tobacco, and charcoal he had left for the day.
The other guy did not seem interested in helping.

The mint lemonade was WONDERFUL as was the hummus and the falafel.

Services is horrible, I felt like they just want to make the money and didn't care about the customer. The server was texting on her phone after we ask for another drink which we never got. We had to get another server to can her to close out our bill. The atmosphere was nice but if the service was better I would have a better time. Due to the lack of customer service I want be returning or recommending
