Instead of being honest and saying they did not want to accept the Honda that we brought in to sell, they made up issues with the title and other documents provided. Went to the Honda dealer in Hermitage and had no issues. Sold our car without question. I would not recommend this place and will not be going back!

Recently, I purchased a low mileage used car from this dealership and had it delivered to Farmville, VA, where I live. It had under 18K miles, and none of the photos presented online by the dealership showed conspicuous dent damage. My vehicle, a green 2009 Toyota Prius Hatchback, was delivered on Mar 4, 2021. My salesman texted me that his dealership received my cashier's check for balance due on Feb 25, 2021, and I have yet to receive a title for the vehicle. On Mar 3, 2021, my concerned transport driver texted me photos of my vehicle (three shown on this post) from the dealership in Youngtown, OH. Dents on the vehicle's right rear wheel panel were shown along with other damage on the car. It was disappointing to see definite undisclosed rear door horizontal crease damage. Although the vehicle was in very nice interior condition, none of the exterior damage as shown in the photos on this post was disclosed by the dealership prior to my purchase of the vehicle. I placed a credit card deposit on the vehicle around mid February, and no dent damage was ever disclosed by the dealership prior to me placing the deposit nor at any other time. This vehicle was represented as a "cream puff" in near perfect condition, and we were told that it was so nice that even the sales manager had been driving it.
