Dr helm walked in. No eye contact, asked questions that he never waited for an answer, no sympathy, cold ,rude, my issues were bad after he told me we were not going to work out. Why? The reports he received not sent in full? My answers? Or that I was hoping that he read my report so I didn't have to talk about my situation from beginning? I have no idea and I really don't care after all I've been through and after leaving his office. I went home and jumped 8n the shower and realized no matter how bad my situation gets I will always be better person that person calls himself a doctor. I've been humble all my life and very sympathetic and caring person, I assumed doctors go to school for one reason, care for people. He is not the first, however, he is the worst. In the end, I felt good about myself. Thank you doc for that. You might have gone years of schooling to become a doctor , but, you lost to care. You got to have both and be humble and you are none of that. I'd feel sorry for you but you did it to yourself you cant blame any of your patients. They depend on a dr who cares and listens. I hope you read this and find yourself.

My husband has not yet been seen but so far Rose in scheduling and the people that answer the phones have been super helpful I have had to change appointments like 3 times already and each time they are super pleasant .
