After using them through my work place for over 3 ...

After using them through my work place for over 3 years, had my address incorrect the whole time. Which explains why I never received my paperwork. How does that happen? I also found out I was paying for extra stuff I had declined. Too late to change that now. Oh, still waiting for my cards to show up in the mail. Any day right? Any. Day.

Worst customer service. Health insurance cancelled...

Worst customer service. Health insurance cancelled due to internal error. Trying since Thursday of last week to fill prescription. Getting the run around and told by lead employees that they have done all they know to do, told they talked with pharmacist which the pharmacist said didnt happen. Then after 6 days of waiting on meds the lead employee contacts the pharmacy and tells us they had the wrong RX Group number that the company provided us several times over the last week. If thr initial phone call was made on Friday like we were told this would of been caught. Also one attempt calling said lead employee, she accidently picked up the phone and I overheard her bashing and cursing about current client to another person. When she realized I heard after I said hello several times she hung up on me. After she finally talked to the pharmacy today this is an exact quote copy and pasted she sent. " United just told me that there is no prescription run for yesterday or TODAY so something was not right. I called the pharmacy and they had the wrong RX Group number so they are now running it with that number and it s ready with a $60 copay. The nice gentleman told me to let you know to go ahead and go get the drug!" Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

I use the folks for my business and personal needs for a number of years.. Simply the best service I have received at any insurance agency. Very responsive to questions or problems encountered with a provider. Highly recommended.

Called in regards to a simple question that Jenny could ve clearly answered, nicely in a professional manner.

However, Jenny was very rude, unprofessional and refused to answer questions I had in regards to my health insurance policy, she will tell you to call them directly! (Blue Cross) She acts as if she s too good to answer a telephone!
