The absolute worse State Run owned by Sentosa Care which have 25 indictments against them. Do NOT put your loved one there they may never let them out Dirty no help very minimum PT, understaffed.
The dyalisis center is not acredited with the National Kidney Founday. BEYOND HORRIBLE
do not have your loved one go here. It is not a good place with good people. Run away!
I would give this for profit nursing facility zero stars if possible. I believe my mom would still be alive had she not been under their care. She died of brain hemorrhage from a questionable fall. Beware!
This is the best Rehab facility on the East End of Long Island. They have a new state of the art Dialysis Center. It is also a nursing home. Residents are treated with such dignity. I have several pals who entrusted their family members to The Hamptons Center.
My mom went in there after having stent work in a leg. While in their care she became so constapated it caused complications with her heart and she died. Investigations by the state I felt was a sham. My list of complaints about things having to do with the place is extensive and a sad story. Do your self a favor with this place or any such place. Have someone on the outside to stand up for you or your loved ones and keep a close eye on their care and any complaints. My mom kept saying that she had to wait unreasonable amounts of time over and over again for someone to help her to the bathroom and even had a fall when trying to get herself to the bathroom because they were not responding. I believe my mom would still be alive today if not for that place.
This place is a life saver for my nephew.The staff is wonderful n caring.He is always clean n kept involved in activities.He has been there for over 7 yrs.n they do everything to help him.I don"t have any complaints about his care. I am his aunt Frances n it took me a long time to find a place that is this caring.I have to thank the MS social worker who helped me.
