Doing well in difficult times. Lovely helpful staff. Good food, massive portions!
Delicious and not too expensive burgers! Great venue in a fabulous location, definitely"must to go". Apart from food they have great drinks menu, their gins look amazing.
Staff were friendly good set up for social distancing and cocktails were out of this world!
I would not have called it a Cafe but it's a nice restaurant/bar. Food is decent and prices are fine as well.
A bit cold in winter due to the size of the establishment. Nice ceiling!
Food was mediocre....they took a very long time to bring the food and even forgot to bring my friend's dessert and so we had to remind them. I ordered a beer but the beer was actually lukewarm as opposed to being cold which is what it's supposed to be.
Even worse, after we paid the bill we realised they forgot to give us the "eat out to help out" discount on the bill. Given every other place I have been to doesn't need customers to remind them to apply the discount, I think this is incredibly embarassing for Grosvenor Cafe and I definitely do not recommend. Overpriced for what it is and the staff are unprofessional. Definitely avoid this place. There are way better places in the west end!
Awesome place. Very friendly sraff. Place is very vibrant. Nice food and drinks options. Loved their chips and wine. Ambience is super awesome. Cafe has fire pits option as well, however you have to book it in advance through website or phone.
View is very nice. Karaoke is good. BUT they scammed us on 35 pounds, we tried to contact manager, but could never reach him, the stuff was just telling "we will call you back". This is unacceptable for reputation of the cafe. We came as a More
Estrella, worst I've tasted in glasgow, warm, flat, overpriced, not enough bar staff, queued for 15 mins for drink. Spoke to bar staff and for second drink, got served within 5 mins and gave 2 free pints of Menabraya , very very very impressed with Customer service .
Really tasty food. The Grosvenor has changed massively from how I remember it over 20 years ago. Now it's above the cinema and has quite a few of the old fittings. Good service too
