If you're looking for a drink and some bar food this is a great stop. Don't expect much more from it, but it is a nice place for its purpose.

This is a nice place to hangout! Bar is small but is very clean and good variety of drinks! Food had good quality and decent price! Outdoor setting has a nice view of the lake Tahoe! I'd recommend this if you're looking for a friendly place to hangout out with your friends.

Chill spot in Kingsbeach. Great food,slow service.

Food had no flavor no seasoning. I had a mushroom swiss burger with no seasoning on the burger. My wife had fish and it tasted like water; the breading it was fried in didn't even have seasoning.

Nice place. Lemon-Lime Beverage is Undrinkable. No good options for non alcoholic beverages. Burgers are delicious even though a bit small. Fries have too much salt

Rude and aggressive staff couldn't even enter on 7/29/18 cause parking attendants bombarded me and my family claiming we where there only to swim when we had planes on eating at the restaurant. Will never go back for any events in the future.

I eat in this lovely spot quite a bit! This is my favorite place to have a bite. I go to this spot at least once a month. The cooking is fantastic, the workers are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I like meeting in this restaurant to have a nice meal.

This is one of the few places that are open for breakfast in North shore that allow dogs on the patio. Naomi was my server and she took great care of me and my puppies. I was watching her set up the bar and I could tell she s a hard worker. I have been a food server for over 30 years and I am highly critical of other servers. Naomi gets an A+.

First time in. The server was on point and the food was delivered quickly. It all tasted delicious. Patio seating with a view of the lake as the sun set. Who could ask for more?

The lemonade wasn't the best but the food was ok might come here again.

We are from North Carolina our visit today was just awesome the drinks were phenomenal we had a Burger and it was just cooked to perfection I rate this a 5 star restaurant.

So slow. My friends were swimming and I wanted a snack. I ordered french fries. It took 40 minutes to fry some potatoes. I thought about leaving multiple times for taco bell down the street, but I had a potato craving. The place wasn't packed and there were servers doing homework outside.

The fries did taste fresh and crispy! Great fries.

This may be a place best for people who are down to drink and hang out. I guess I wouldn't mind waiting so long if I was hanging out with all of my friends and a bit drunk. The servers were nice enough.

Great veggie burger, awesome onion rings... Shame about the non-brand cola. Great view of the lake and fantastic service.

This is a fun place for apres ski. One of the only places with Fernet around Kings beach!

Burger wiyld have been better without the meat. Dry and flavorless.

The perfect dive bar and grill. The food is good and the beer is cold. Great music play list and location to the beach is too convenient.

Appetizers were all we had and they were good so 3 stars. No star for service because we had to go searching for employees to do a job like take our order. No star for the bar because the drinks were poorly done and in plastic cups. For $8 that they charged for my Mai Tai they could at least wash a glass and make it properly. There was only one other table of guests during most of our visit to this establishment, so I don't think they were too BUSY to attend to us properly. I just have no explanation or excuse for it.

Appetizers WERE good nonetheless. We had buffalo and teriyaki chicken bites. Good enough to give them a second chance?

I will be returning soon to see if by chance they were just having an off night. If service is better my review will reflect THAT as it should.

First time trying the Grid and the food was good. Recommend the fish tacos and if you like things spicy the southwest burger. They will even do a lettuce wrap on a burger if you want. My only complaint is that they messed up our order and gave me onion rings when I ordered coleslaw and forgot my sons kids pizza. As we ordered to go and didn t notice till we got home it was a bummer for him. Just double check your order when doing to go. We will be back for sure.

Looks a little shady when u go in. Dark inside with only a big window up front. However we got great burgers with.. Lots.. of fries and coleslaw... For about 9 bucks each. Excellent friendly service. Lots of TV's. Go back I would.

By far the worst service I ve had in a long time! Starting with the older lady with blonde hair and guy that took our order. We waited about 1hr and 30minutes for our food. When the food arrived they forgot my burger. Older women stated because they forgot. I asked the women who brought our order where my burger was she was like um idk about no burger but I ll check on that I was okay thank you. 15 minutes went by I ask her hey is my burger coming she like no, the waiter didn t enter it or something happened with the ticket. Do you want it now?! Or do you want a discount for some slushy? Or something like that.. before I can think .. she was like so?!?! no to both!! and walked off! I told her you didn t even give me time to respond. She ignored me and kept walking. I got up and spoke with the waiter guy who took our order and asked if I can speak to someone (their manager) he looked at the bartender and said you want to talk to her! he had a smirk on his face saying well idk what to tell you it s busy. (When I arrived there was about 2 tables it was not busy at all) Anyways, the guys stated if I wanted quick services I can go to Taco Bell next door and i can leave if I want. By far the worst service in Tahoe and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their food was mediocre and service was horrible! At this point Taco Bell does sound better! And maybe that s why they stay in business and are world wide unlike your mediocre burger joint!

First experience here differed significantly from my second experience. I think service is much dependent on the attitude of the staff/management.
The second experience was with my family, and my dad ended up making better burgers on an air BnB grill; he had no idea how to work it either.

Hamburger meat is average and on the dry side. Ketchup is scarce.

Bad service very rude waiter and manager..the worst experience I have had. We were treated with disrespect at this restaurant.The waiter even told another family it is what it is in a rude way when they were asking to be seated !! Don t try it!

Food was definitely better than most bar food but i wish i had paid attention that the grilled shrimp tacos come with a mayonnaise type cream sauce. Lots of flies outdoors but ok views of the beach and Lots of tvs. Service was fast and friendly but we were also there when it was slow time and not many other diners. (Ie like 3pm)

It was nice restaurant . Usually I don't like chicken burger , most of the place I had is very dry burger . But here it was juicy and tasty . Loved it.

Fast service (only reason for 2 stars) and some the worst food I've ever tasted. I got the honey habernao chicken and the menu fails to mention its sausage, when everything else around is is chicken sandwiches. The sausage was flavorless except for a bit of spice, the toppings (grilled onions and mushy red bell peppers which I'm assuming at one point were supposed to be marinated) did not complement the food at all. Definitely will not be back and I hope there are better burgers in Tahoe.

The grid burger may be the very best burger I've had in a long time! Gourmet burger in a chill environment.

This place is fantastic and spacious, the food was delightful and the rates were very economical. rapidly, productive service and very friendly staff members. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

The short girl bartender (Natalie?) is amazing! We came from out of town and had an awful night, ended up at the Grid and she's the BEST. Priced well. Def back next time I'm in town.

Service was awesome and friendly. Food would've been alot better with a little bit of seasoning. Got the southwest burger, which seemed to rely on the toppings for the flavoring rather than the actual burger itself. Girlfriend got fish and chips which seemed decent.

Great food. Simple menu but that allows the staff to really focus on the food they do cook. The staff is super nice. Dog friendly, as long as your dog is friendly and well-behaved.

Only one guy was giving good service. The two ladies were both rude and had zero care about what was going on. Saw one server be so unprofessional that a family got up and left. Had we not already waited so long (and really didn't want to start the waiting process over again at another place), we would've left too. The burger had good flavor, but the fries were over cooked. The fountain soda has a funky taste from whatever water source they're using. I thought my drink was flat, so I asked the bartender to get a new one. Her comment, with a snarky tone, was "I can get you a new one, but it'll taste exactly the same... So whatever."
If that had been my first visit to Kings Beach, we may not even return to the town. Good thing there are other places that have good food and service there.
