this camp is horrible! i went there with my school and i am still traumitised the drinking water had dirt in it, the chicken in our meals was raw, it smelt like ild grandmas basement there all the time, there was only 4 SHOWERS for all 70 of us girls. the wost part is they almost put me in a trailer as my dorm! they didn't have enough beds so they were trying to get me to sleep in this old trailer behind the building that didn't even close properly. luckily i spoke with my school staff and they got me a room but the dorms were just as bad! the teachers and camp worker could open our doors at any time! they opened them while my dorm was changing a few times! from what ive gathered the boys dorms only had 2 showers and one had vomit in it! if you thought it couldn't get any worse it does the last morning we were there we were awoken by camp leaders BANGING ON OUR DOORS to wake up!! one of the camp leaders was very sassy and had a lot of atitude ( im not going to name names). there was mudd eveywhere! and i got mozzie bites all over me even on my face! the only good thing there was the high ropes activity which was kinda scary since you had to keep unclipping your harness to put onto another rope ( while you were like 200ft in the air) . my camp leader was really nice though! she was kind to everyone and by the end we actually were sad to leave her. anyways in conclusion i would NOT reccomend going if your school takes you fake sick so you dont have to go ( trust me i almost starved bc all the food was raw , green , out of date or burnt. also one of my friend got a viral infection from at bed bug bite! DO NOT GO TO THE GREAT AUSSIE BUSH CAMP SAVE YOURSELF!!!
