Food was delicious however the service was slow perhaps due to a busy Valentine's day.
Love the atmosphere! Service was outstanding and the food delicious -. as always.
While dining a few weekends ago we walked in to a empty room with most tables open and a few people at the bar during dinner hours. It took a long time to receive our drinks and even longer for food. There was a wedding reception going on and saw servers running around for that. For the price, all the food and drinks were just average.
Excellent service, cozy fireplace, gorgeous environment, delicious exceptional food!
Slow, surly, and unhelpful service. Food middling. AC impossible and freezing. People with drills outside our window. I don't know where the $9m went, but we will not go there in a hurry.
We had the caesar wedge salad and sea bass. Both were presented very well and delicious. Very convenient if you are staying in the beautiful and historic Granville Inn.
All of the food was great and the service was very friendly. Beautiful facility and wonderful experience.
Top notch food and service was perfect. Beautiful restaurant

Absolutely enjoyed our family dinner here, amazing service, awesome food and the decor is warm and inviting. We had a table in front of the fireplace, it really felt like home. I will definitely be back, was one of our favorite dining experiences in quite some time.
My husband and I like to come for lunch and did so today. I was so looking forward to the pizza of past, but instead got a newer version that isn t as good, and thus was disappointing. It used to be a wonderful thin crust and is now thick and less tasty. New chef? Also, it was cold inside! We may reconsider our place for a lunch treat.
Newly remodeled by the folks at Denison university to look super nice. Excellent.
Very disappointed in the food. Beautiful buildings.
Service excellent, food delicious, well prepared and artfully displayed
We initially had reservations at another inn nearby, but gladly paid the late cancel fee there to stay here instead. The staff is friendly and professional - real class. The dining experience was super. The king size room was top notch. We highly recommend staying here.
The beautiful and historic Granville Inn is located near Dennison University and a landmark in Granville. They offer hospitality ranging from overnight guests to wonderful food and beverage service. Events are also held here in banquet rooms available for reservation. The tavern area of the restaurant is walk in, but the Oak Room, or fine dining area is by reservation only. Great food and fun!
Amazing spot to get amazing food. The history of the place is quite interesting and our server told us a lot about it. Service was amazing along with the food.
I hadn't been into the Granville Inn for many years. I was surprised and impressed that it had been so well maintained. I just had a beer with friends, so that's all I can really say for now. But it was lovely inside
The wife and I went for brunch. The food was excellent and surprisingly affordable.
Love this place. From scallops to filet, it's all incredible.
The food is fantastic and the wait staff is pleasant and makes you feel right at home.
Wonderful ambience, very attentive service. Food was good overall. Only complaint was the bowtie pasta dish with shrimp was fairly underwhelming. On a menu with such creativity...I think I really chose the wrong entree and/or chef needs to rethink this dish.
My friend and I ate here for lunch. I had the lunch combo and chose tomato bisque soup and the crab cake sandwich. Both were delicious. My friend had the chicken salad plate, which she also said was very good. Our server was attentive, refilling our drinks and checking back after receiving our food to see if everything was to our liking. I enjoyed our lunch in the appropriately named Oak Room.
We have stayed here multiple times, the food has always been excellent !

There was a wedding reception going on and saw servers running around for that. For the price, all the food and drinks were just average. I ordered a pineapple mojito that was simply pineapple juice, rum and soda with only one piece of mint even visible. Not the typical fresh cut pineapple and mint crushed. Several at our table ordered the Chicken Special and I ordered the falafel sandwhich with a salad. The sandwhich was lacking any sauce and actual falafel was very dry. The chicken was 2 pieces, a lot of batter and sandwich fell apart while eating. I would recommend going to a higher end restaurant in downtown Columbus where you know you receive the quality. I want to love this spot because of history and how quaint Granville is, but time after time I receive slow service with average food for a mid - high price tag.
The ambiance was very inviting and had a historical charm. The service was very prompt and friendly. She took very good care of us while we were there.
