WOW! Loved the VIP tour - highly recommend it! Andrew was a great guide. All of the collections were awesome - GI Joe, He-Man, DC, Marvel and of course - Star Wars. Great value - well worth your time!

Andrew was such a great your guide!!! Knew so much interesting information!!! Didn't mind our annoying kids asking bizarre questions or trying to tell him things. Lol!! I'm not really a fan of superheroes or Star Wars, but I loved this place!!! They even had game systems set up so you could play retro games!!!
Andrew was our guide, and he was great. We had a laid back, fun, nostalgic trip down memory lane. He did mention that he and the owner were religious, but that was it, he didn't mention it again. All the props and toys were so cool, and there was a lot of lovingly handmade things there as well. Because we got the VIP tour we got a ton of great photos with the props. Definitely worth a visit!
Awesome experience & cause! Josh was the tour guide working that day and he was very knowledgable about EVERYTHING in the museum (which was indicated during the video intro). I just became a Star Wars fan and I want to go back once I complete watching Star Wars to get a better experience and to ask more questions since I didn't want any spoilers! I am sure there will be more items added to the collection by then. The best thing about this place is that there are a lot of fan made items that were just so intricate. Also, it's nice to know they are a nonprofit organization that helps within the community. Props to the owner for a well-rounded establishment!
The Galaxy Connection was awesome, especially the tour guide Josh (I believe). There were a few things that I didn't LOVE, like the video at the beginning (I couldn't hear it and my 4 year old was ready to do the tour!). I also didnt realize based on the Google searches for it that it was ONLY a guided tour option; we thought it was also a museum to check out in your own time. (Still would have done the tour, anyway, but we drove an hour to come check it out, and didn't know there were specific times only). And it was SUPER WARM inside.
Still, the tour guide was just awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. I love that they do so much work for non profits too. The items they had were great to take photos with. He made the whole experience worth the 5 stars.
One other note:. I bought my son a Spider-Man Attack Tower for $25....and it didn't come with the Spiderman. The box had been opened previously you could tell, but, we just assumed it would have all the items. That was kind of disappointing.
Nonetheless, both employees we interacted with were super friendly and super helpful, which made it 5 star material.
Lots of nostalgic action toys. As well as some current pieces and props. Great place for a collector or just a sci fi fan. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth the trip.
Went to Arkansas to go to Crater of Diamonds and decided to stop in Hot Springs. Looked up stuff to do, and found Galaxy Connection. I had NO idea what to expect. But if you were born in the 80's, this is a time portal and you will not regret going in. Even if you weren't born in the 80's, sign up for the VIP tour so you can see all the cool collectibles and get to reenact your favorite Star Wars scenes. Josh did a great job on the tour, (the only thing missing was my 80's She-Ra castle and pink Pegasus lol). At the end of the tour, I got to choose my favorite video game, which was of course Super Mario, to play on Nintendo and get my high score on the board. The best part of this place is that it gives back to charity and to children in hospitals, orphanages, and the local community! Afterwards, I had a chance to stash up on some Star Wars collectible merch and also got to get a copy of Andrew's Comics Recommendation List which he made himself. This place made my Star-Wars themed birthday even more awesome. May the Force Be With You...
I'm an absolute huge nerd and this was incredibly interesting. They have absolutely tons of pop culture items and even sell some for pretty cheap. The tour guide was friendly and genuinely funny. I don't exactly expect anyone to read this but if you have and haven't gone here yet please do it now.
Wonderful place to visit for anyone interested in collectors toys, Star Wars, or comic books. The staff is very informative on what's up. Lots of awesome memorabilia to look at, toys from 70s and 80s to current. They also work with nonprofits, local and national, and I think that's super awesome
